They were great and even helped us get a taxi for 4 am the next day.

Excellent option near shopping malls.

I stayed here couple of nights. Just the night before and after my flights from Mty to Ver. The first room we stayed was ok but smelled too much to fresh paint. The second time we were giving a room in floor 4, if I remember correctly. we could hear everything, I struggle to get some rest. The breakfast is good if you like mexican style meals.

Convenient location, easy access to different shopping malls, dinning options and the beach. Buffet breakfast is served in the mornings, but after it you have to find where to eat or have deliver to the hotel. The hotel is being worked on, for example only one elevator was working during our stay. The staff is very friendly.

No funcionaba la chapa de la puerta que daba acceso a mi habitación, me quede encerrado en el elevador por una falla en la tarjeta. Compusieron dicho error hasta el otro día en la tarde.

Buen hotel. Mi familia y yo nos hospedamos aquí y tuvimos un buen tiempo. El desayunó es muy bueno con variedad de platillos para escojer!

El hotel en general esta bien. La atención de la recepción es malisima. Llege mas temprano de la hora de entrada, pregunte si de casualidad tenían cuartos ya disponibles y con una muy mala actitud me dijeron que hasta mas tarde (sin darme hora), pregunte si que si me podian dar una hora y solo me dijero "al rato". Llegamos "al rato" de vuelta, nos dieron el cuarto y al entrar estaba sucios, como si los huéspedes anterioses acaban de salir literal 5 minutos antes de que llegaramos nosotros. Llame de la habitación para hacer el reclamos, me dijeron que me esperara y me colgaron el teléfono, intente de nuevo y ni me contestaron mas. Al bajar a recepción, solo me dijeron que fue una confusión, se fueron y volvieron con un nueva llave de otro cuarto, ni hicieron el intento de disculparse. Llegando al otro cuarto, al abrir una gaveta, estaba llenada de basura. Volvi a llamar a recepción y era como que me habian bloqueado el numero, no podia llamar a nadie. Al salir nunca se disculparon por lo sucedido y el servicio siempre fue muy malo poco servicial. La verdad una muy mala experiencia y en un hotel donde se supone tienen estándares para esto.

The building is out of maintenance,they clean every other day an rooms beside are old with humidity are dirty, we have to wait for clean crew come into my room at 8 pm when its supposed we have to be resting in a clean room, swimming pool really dirty, jacuzzi muddy and main swimming pool slippery, don't waste your money cause this hotel didn't worth

Práctico y bien ubicado, pero descuidado, en buena zona, rodeado de restaurantes y centros comerciales. Excelente servicio de los empleados, muy buena cara, amables y con ganas reales de servir.

Your place is wonderful. My visit was short but I was impressed with everything about your service and outlook of your place. For sure I will be back. Thanks
