Very good

Good location and quite a large breakfast buffet. The staff are friendly but majority speak no English and having a multilingual staff is part of why I picked the hotel. The wifi is very slow (less than 10Mbps). But the biggest problem is cleanliness - the first room I was assigned had stained sheets so I had to switch rooms. The second morning, my towels were replaced with stained towels. And on my third day, housekeeping completely forgot to clean my room despite my being gone all day.

Recepção excelente e rápida.Quarto e banheiro limpo e organizado.Café da manhã muito bom! Única coisa que me chamou a atenção de algo negativo foi lixo no pequeno jardim em frente ao hotel,muitas pontas de cigarro espalhadas,não condiz com o interior do hotel.Coloquem uma lixeira especial para fumantes fazerem seus descartes adequados.

The area is close to the main Bus Station, it´s not nice. The hotel needs to be completely remodeled. The room and bathroom needs update and a better clean services.

Front desk staff - very helpful Surrounding area- Horrible Cleaning staff- did not change bathroom towels for 2 days. Had to call to replenish toilet paper, very odd

Friendly staff, good wi-fi , good breakfast buffet. Rooms are on the small side. The area is close to Floresta and Moinhos the vento, but the hotel immediate area is a bit sketchy and everything is closed.

This was a nice place to stay when arriving late at the airport (POA) before heading home the next day via bus....About 10 minutes away, so no aircraft noise....Friendly staff, nice breakfast....Will definitely stay again one day when visiting the nearby "Mercado Publico", about a 15 minute walk.

Our reservation was wrong ... there were ants in our first room ... second room had a super tiny bed ... third room was finally a success ... really had to push staff for thoughtful resolution ... rather than transferring to the hotel English speaker, staff would just say again and again "I speak no English"

The hotel in itself is not bad. Internet is a bit slow and poor wireless signal. Good breakfast. Terrible view out the window. Room was ok for a business hotel, not fancy but fairly new and clean. Will I stay here again? Probably, although because they charge for parking which is on premises I will not.

The hotel is very good and well worth the amount that I paid. I am very happy with the overall experience. Its in a good location if you have business with the Federal University Rio Grande del Sul, which I did. However, Porto Alegre is a fairly edgy town. There was an armed robbery one day on the same street as the hotel. Brazil is best described as edgy in my opinion though it was a quite beautiful place.

O hotel é bem localizado, bom para pessoas com v3iahem a trabalho, pois seu cafe da maha começa cedo. Porém para quem viaja em família, os quartos são pequenosesmo para quartos triplos. O quarto tinha muito.mogo nas paredes.
