Günlerdir 1 gün ertelemeye çalışıyorum mesajlarıma dönen bile yok. İstediğiniz kadar iyi bir otel olun hiç fark etmez. Müşterilerinizin sorunlarına biraz yapıcı yaklaşamadığınız müddetçe 0

Tek kişilik yatak rica etmiştik ama okadar konforsuzduki doğru düzgün uyuyamadım kahvaltı keyfekeder aç kalmadık ama sıcak sıcak yenmesi gereken yiyecekler maalesef buz gibiydi!!personel güleryüzlü ve saygılıydı…

Sadece 2 tane su verilmesi dışında herşey güzeldi, otopark da yardımcı olan beyfendi ve rezervasyonumuzu yapan hanımefendi çok yardımcı oldu teşekkür ediyorum

Her şey için çok teşekkür ederim hotele girişten çıkışa kadar güler yüzlü personelleriyle karşılanmak uğurlamak cok güzeldi

Helpful staff. Rooms are clean, but age is showing. Hotel sits on a major noisy road and hard to access location. Area is full of trash -everywhere.

I would like to thank all the staff for their hospitality and good service and recommend this fantastic hotel to all Istanbul visitors and tourists.

This hotel was very convenient for my purpose. Very close to the Marmara mall. The metro bus stop was right there. There was also a market right across. The room was clean, unfortunately i chose a room that faced the road and was quite noisy. The room was too hot and the fan did not seem to be working. All in all i stayed for 5 nights and it was ok. The restaurant didn't have a lot of choices but again it was convenient in the hotel. Housekeeping was daily and i really appreciated this.

The hotel is very good also staff are very good. Special thanks to çan and Nuran.

Oda çok küçüktü ve perdede güneşlik yoktu.Bir de sürekli elektirik kesintisi oldu kart yerinde olmasına ragmen. İzmir’de kaldığımız İbis otelde kişisel bakım eşyaları vardı ama burada yoktu

This part of Istanbul has not so interested. Transportation from there needs one hour minimum ( by taxi ) Accommodation,room and staff are very helpful

Hotel is right on the side of a major road. Can be quite noisy, and access to the property is only from the side of the road. Very helpful staff.
