Booked through Hotels.com. Paid for the stay in full. Was told will need to pay a small portion of the city tax at the property. When I went to check in, the hotel charged me for the full stay again. I have been trying to resolve this for weeks now and getting a run around.

The staff is kind and helpful, and very sweet to my tired toddler. The room was clean and comfortable. Great stay.

Loved everything about this—Everyone is so nice/Great location from everything—Metro is less than 3 min walk! Amazing

Nice hotel with nice bedding, good shower and very clean. Great Breakfast Staff very king and helpful with Open bars 24/7. 5 minutes walk to the Sagrada Familia, bars,restaurants and so many.

Staff was super friendly! Breakfast was awesome! Only problem we had was the shower, it kept coming off the holder. It was not a huge issue though!!

As much as the bed was indeed comfortable the bedroom could use a relooking , the decor is more than minimal . The small tv could use an upgrade . Other than that the reception people were nice and helpful! Whichvis a big Plus!

The front desk staff were excellent. They were welcoming, helpful and all spoke English. The location is perfect if you want to see the Sagrada Familia as it’s right around the corner. The accommodations were pretty basic and a bit tired but if you’re only there for one night, it’s tolerable. The positives are the front desk staff, the breakfast is wonderful and can’t beat the location for the Sagrada Familia. One more thing, fantastic gem across the street for tapas, Pepetas, an absolute must go there!

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to give me detailed directions on how to get to my desired locations. They seamlessly handled storage of my luggage since I had arrived mid-morning and my room wouldn't be ready till mid afternoon. So I settled into the lobby to await the start time when I could meet my scheduled tour and they made certain I was comfortable during that wait time.

Location is near the sagrada familia but the hotel is not all that

Less than a 5 minute walk from the Sagrada de Familia and all sorts of shopping, restaurants, etc. Also very close to the hop-on-hop-off bus stop for touring the city.

Pleasant hotel close to Sagrada Familia and easy access to Barcelona’s attractions. Comfortable, clean and quiet.

This hotel is in a great location near La Sagrada Familia and a walking distance from the center. Other than the cold setting turned off on the ac unit due to still being in winter time but they keep the room warm with the heater.

Place is awesome!
