Phenomenal hotel. The restaurant was exceptional and the service was excellent. The fjord view from the hotel was beautiful.

Lovely hotel will definitely come back

Overall a lovely hotel with great staff. Views were spectacular and the breakfast buffet delicious. We also appreciated the complimentary wine and fruit basket for our wedding weekend. Cute leaving gift too which was a nice gesture. Parking was only 5€ per day but considering the price of the room should really be included in the price. Electrics are outdated and we did have to change room due to lighting issues but they were very accommodating. Biggest downfall was the lack of air-conditioning - they should at least provide fans on a hot weekend like ours. The heat was so unbearable on one night that we couldn't sleep and therefore we would not stay here again on a hot night but would recommend it the rest of the year.

Lovely hotel. The spa are wasn't huge, but still very charming though. Though i would say, if the weather isn't good, then there is probably not too much to do an entire weekend. But if the weather is good, then place is amazing. Good food, and very intimate feel. Amazing view also. Would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable and lovely hotel 10 minutes away from Flensburg. Cheap parking (5 euros). Very helpful stuff that speaks fluent English. We loved their restaurant, even though picked this place for their second restaurant with 2 Michelin star. The room was cosy and nice, we've got the whole base full of fruits. We wish they got harder pillows and mattress. The pool and relaxation area is just perfect and above expectations.

Very pleasant experience. Very friendly staff. Nice facilities. No ironing allowed in room so have to pay 5 Euro per shirt but not really ironed well. Weak wifi.

Great hotel, food and spa.

Have been to quite a few spa hotels and this one is at the top of the list. Located at the waterfront in a quiet residential area, the food is perfect for a relaxing get-away. The restaurant offers good food and the spa is very nice. The hotel is located only 10 minutes drive from Flensborg for shopping or a cafe visit. Will definitely return to this hotel.
