The hotel is conveniently located near Taoyuan Station, and its surroundings feature numerous convenience stores and restaurants. However, when I tried to check in at the hotel, there was a problem with the booking number, and the phone that was supposed to link us to customer service didn't end up linking us but did link us to a voice call saying "I'm sorry but currently the customer service is busy at the moment". But after an hour and some help from the Hotel line ID we managed to check in. After that inconvenient the hotel experience was overall still good. The hotel is clean enough to the point that there are no bed bugs, but the floors are a bit dirty, and the bathrooms are also quite nice, and overall might come back again or go to a different branch of the same hotel. Nice hotel and very strategic, near Taoyuan Station

It's OK. The sound insulation is not good. The location is OK. There is Carrefour and 7-11 downstairs. There is a dry cleaners opposite.

The staff is good and the room is bight (seems so clean) but the a lot of cockroach all everywhere in the room you! I just only sleeping for 3-4 hours. But who need to stay for longer should rethink again before booking

The rooms do not match the ones on the photos, the beds are cramped, dirty and the service very very unsatisfactory, just close to the crowds and the station.

no buffet breakfast served, only 2 pieces were given to us.
