I enjoyed my short stay at the property. The team gave me a complimentary upgrade for my birthday. The room was excellent, but I enjoyed the executive suite more. In addition, the hotel offered complimentary shuttle service which came in handy. I definitely recommend this hotel and I give them 5 stars !

Excellent stay. Very kind staff - especially Siseko and Lucia. Really went out of their way. Rooms are comfortable. Grounds and spa excellent. Shuttle to the airport.

Phone did not work in the room. Unable to order room service, was told to go to the restaurant. Arrived at the restaurant on time and was told that breakfast was over and that they are getting ready for lunch. Staff was amazing

Excellent Experience! We recently spent a week at the Radisson Hotel Name and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Special mention to Tumelo, our waitress, who provided outstanding service with a smile - her attentiveness and warm hospitality made our dining experience truly memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and great amenities. Can't wait to come back!

Overall the experience was great; however, I was a little disappointed that room service food options were limited and they did not have very many options for vegetarians or vegans. The staff were amazing and helpful! The site was pretty clean and they had a spa that was wonderful. A good experience and would absolutely recommend this location and will be returning myself. ❤️

Great hotel . Beautiful room . Late check out due to VIP status. Very nice open buffet breakfast. Amazing open buffet dinner with 20% off. Very nice reception set up. Out door set up is extremely nice and clean with huge TV showing sport. The roof setting and views are excellent, very comfortable and picturesque. I was impressed. Only downside was that when I arrived at the airport, the shuttle did not show up for 2 hours ( despite me emailing them x3 times and they confirmed by email that there will be shuttle every 30 min). I have to wait for shuttle for 2 hours and no one at airport knew why there was no shuttle . I was feeling very nervous and uncomfortable. My international phone did not work and I asked a security guy to call Radison hotel shuttle ( which he only called when I paid him 5 USD). And talked to your hotel and then the shuttle showed up . That made me very unhappy indeed initially but the driver was so kind and joking and made the situation easier for me . Thanks for great service . Kindest regards Dr Farid Shaba from New Zealand.

This was a perfect layover spot, great customer service, professional and friendly. Clean and modern and comfortable.
