The customer service is very good, the room is nice and clean :) However, the room is not well soundproofed, so it is a bit noisy due to the sounds of the guests in the next room and the cleaning ladies outside, which is quite annoying because I don't rest. Okay :(

The big hotel that has booked on the app has paid for it when it comes to check-in, there is no room to lead guests to another hotel! Next time will not come back without changing customer service

Its been 2 nights in this hotel, I found this hotel good service, the majority of visitors throughout Europe on whether the position should be located in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter hotel but no noise. Besides the restaurant staff is so foreign staff in the restaurant service ok. Food is not varied, but in return very tasty and appetizing, do dishes out the item. Generally everything is very good.
