The hotel is close to everything in Cusco, and the area is safe. The room (#5) was very cozy, clean and pleasant to be in. Also loved the early check-in (12PM) and the breakfast. Camila was very helpful, reachable all the time and helped me a lot with a small medical problem I had while there. I simply love boutique hotels like this one and I fully enjoyed my stay there 😃

My stay at Wakapunku Boutique Hotel was perfect. The host Camila went above and beyond with breakfast and with offers of snack boxes for early morning excursions. She recommended fantastic dining options and set up city tours that were fantastic. Every need was met and could not have asked for much more. Perfect location around the corner from plaza de aramas in the center of the city. Clean, quiet, cozy, great all around!

Não gostamos da experiência de hospedar neste hotel. O teto do quarto é muito baixo, dando a sensação de estarmos apertados. O café da manhã muito fraco e no último dia não serviram café da manhã. Por outro lado, queriam cobrar 5% a mais do valor pactado se pagássemos com cartão de crédito. Não voltaria e não indico.

The owners were very accommodating and made us breakfast each day and offered box lunches when we would travel. They were super helpful and friendly. Economical choice for long stays!

This property is in a good location, however it is very noisy, frequently does not have hot water for showers and the plumbing is very finicky. There is no 24hr service - you receive your own keys to leave and enter the property and I felt the hostess was not dedicated to solving issues in a timely matter. I regretted staying at this location during my time in Cusco.

Perfect location for us. Basically a cross between a B&B and a North American boutique hotel

We had an amazing experience. WakaPunka is a cute Boutique with everything you need: breakfast, 24hr coffee/tea/small snacks, great location, friendly service. The location is just a few minutes walk from the main square and plenty of great restaurant options in Cusco. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and even switched us to a 2bed place for one night as it seems like there was a mistake in our booking. We highly recommend to stay here.

This place is an oasis. Everything is fantastic. I could not be more pleased.

We used this property as part of our Inca trail trek. It was excellent value for money and the staff were really helpful. We stored our bags with them whilst we were away and they easily accommodated our late return time putting the bags in our room. The 24hr free teas, coffee and hot chocolate (self service) were very welcome! Nothing was too much trouble if we needed anything. The staff were very helpful. We would highly recommend.

Great location and good value for money. Room was a bit stuffy as there was natural light. Staff were excellent.
