お風呂のお湯が少しぬるめでしたが、くつろげました。お食事は色んなホテルへ行きましたが凄く満足しました。

The area around the property was really beautiful. Several things to do, we went to the monkey show which was interesting and to Edo Wonderland, which was very cool. However, this hotel is very old and needs to be updated. The outdoor bath was nice.

The surrounding area is beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rate included breakfast which was nice. However, this is an all-smoking room hotel - contrary to what it’s listed as. There was no noticeable odor in the room, but might not be the same for all. And they’re having trouble with the hot spring source so there’s no onsen water to the room balcony baths (my main reason for booking), and their regular hot spring will be sometimes closed. That was the most disappointing part.

Nice hotel with free parking.

If you wish to get away from noisy crowd and spend quality time with your loved ones. I would not expect a good view, but the outdoor bath attached to the room is simple and private. Spread of food is average.

Based on previous reviews by another guests, we already prepared for worst condition. Fortunately, we found the opposite. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. They provide comfortable and cleanliness for room. The staff can pick up and drop off guest from and to nearest station (Kosagoe sta. We stay in this hotel during heavy snow, so private onsen was very great at that time.

Friendly staff. The room was not in an A plus condition. The floor was cheaply made and the blinds cannot close all the way through so the sun woke me up, although it's still nice. I love how our room has a private onsen. Over all it's reasonable.

Plenty of insects all over the hotel as it was in a forested area. Nothing much to see within walking distance. Outdoor onsen was full of insects, i did not manage to go, bath area was small too. Room was comfortable and attached bathtub at the balcony was extremely good.

The best part was the private onsen on the balcony, which was very enjoyable. The public onsen was large, but didn't seem super-clean or totally finished off. The meal spread was plentiful, although not universally delicious. The bathroom was tiny but the bed very comfortable. Also, I originally booked as a single person but a couple of days before my friend decided to join me. If I'd booked the double originally it would have been only a small amount extra but they ended up charging my friend almost the same amount as I paid, even though we shared the original room I booked.

少し埃っぽかった気がします。 お風呂はキレイで温度も快適。 サウナがあるのもいいですね。

とても破格な宿泊費にも関わらず夕食も朝食も期待以上に美味しく、また遅い時間でもスタッフさんには気持ちよく親切に対応していただきました。

部屋が広くのんびり過ごせました。 朝の客室露天風呂がとても気持ちよかったです。 また利用したいと思いました。

部屋の掃除が行き届いておらず、ベッドの下にゴミが落ちていた。 部屋の露天風呂では、上の階からたまに滝のように水が降ってくる。 居心地が悪く、少し滞在しましたがチェックアウトしました。 写真を見て凄く楽しみにしていたんですが、とても残念でした。

非常に満足出来る接客でした。 この値段で客室露天風呂があるのも評価出来ます。満足の行く旅行でした

ご飯は冷凍食品が多く、普段食べてないので、びっくりしました。 施設は古いものを各所だけ綺麗にした感じがすごくて、お風呂はガックリします。 掃除が行き届いてなくて、不衛生に思うところが多いですね。

お部屋はキレイで快適に過ごせました。また利用したいと思います。

ホテルからの眺めが良かったので、駐車場やレストランの窓から見える辺りなど草刈りをしていただけたらさらに最高でした。星空を見ながらの客室露天風呂がとても気持ち良かったです。スタッフさんにも気持ちの良い対応をしていただきました。

せっかくの露天風呂付の部屋でしたが、外があまりにも寒すぎて大浴場に入りました。 夏の鬼怒川だったら最高のロケーションで、露天風呂も堪能できたかも 部屋は快適でした
