Great stay

Anna at reception was quite defensive and lacked customer service skills and communication skills, telling me that my concerns were not something she could do anything about since she just works in reception! I told her that she is the representative of the hotel and should therefore relay my concerns to the management. The entire layout of the hotel is bizarre, inconvenient, and unsafe, particularly for older guests, of which there are many. In fact, I would say the majority of the guests are 60 or 65+. The reception area is like a small island surrounded by steps, which is absolutely ridiculous and should not be allowed in this day and age. On my floor (2nd floor), there was a whole corridor of rooms at one end that are only accessible by going up/down seven steps and no other way for those guests to reach their room or get to the elevator! This may also be the case on other floors and simply should not be allowed for reasons of accessibility. I found an elderly lady struggling to bring her big heavy suitcase down those steps to get to the elevator so helped her, but the design of the hotel is absolutely unacceptable. Furthermore, in my room, the phone was not working and then I found that it was not even plugged in and no one had checked this. A technician came to fix it and also to raise a large and heavy ceramic lamp that was hanging directly over the phone and which hit me on the head! The sink is in the room, instead of in the bathroom, which is also ridiculous.

Beautiful location and very friendly staff Massive shout out for AGA who was on reception , she was friendly and very welcoming I had a swim up room and it was really nice and comfortable

I loved this hotel! Super friendly and helpful staff from start to finish. We booked a room with a pool connected to the back patio and it was amazing. Highly recommend. The area was convenient and walkable and it was great having the beach right across the street. Free parking and buffet breakfast were a nice added touch. The employees at the attached restaurant/bar were welcoming and fun. I would stay here again.

I stayed in this hotel as part of my tennis package, and booked additional time after too. A lovely smaller hotel and very well positioned in Palma Nova. I would certainly book this hotel again.

Despite some things that went wrong - flooding bathroom / windy and loud at night - the service made up for all of it. Really amazing service - the two gentleman that work at night were fantastic. Helped us with everything. Had a wonderful breakfast for us at 4:30am. The lady at the counter when we arrived was also lovely. We were frustrated due to the car rental shenanigans and the welcome drink was just what we needed. We wouldn’t stay in that area again unless we were doing a tennis class.

Great hotel - was accurately portrayed when booking so no unexpected surprises. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, staff very friendly (shoutout to Aga at front desk for giving great beach advice!) and location was central and across a small street to a cute beach. Overall, a good stay!

We have just returned from a 3 night break staying in one of the swim up rooms. On arrival as it was late we were welcomed by Lovely Javier who was more than helpful and a selection of fruit and chicken wrap. The room was fabulous and clean this is the same for the rest of the hotel. Reception and restaurant staff were always welcoming and helpful. We can’t wait for our next stay !

We stayed for 3 nights as a last minute getaway. We had a lovely time and the hotel was perfect.The staff were friendly and it was very looked after, thanks again we will definitely be returning. Also in a great location.

Staff was very warm & welcoming the room appears to have been updated recently & was comfortable breakfast was excellent with fresh eggs crepes made to order shower was high pressure and warm rainfall showerhead excellent in cold weather and location is also excellent right off the freeway only 10 minutes to Palma only complaint is the self on site parking of this hotel was unfortunately completely full both the nights. We stayed despite checking prior to our arrival since we did not want to park the car on the street.

Great stay with my fiancé. Hotel has everything you need for a quiet, chilled out holiday. Great location for nearby restaurants and the beach. The swimming pool area is great for relaxing and catching some sun. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean and smells so nice everywhere. The only slight criticism would be that the mattress was a bit firm for our liking.

AC didn’t work, very hot in the room.
