Usually I make pics to add for a review, but this time I was so pleased with everything that I forgot:) For me it's important that bathroom is clean and here it was spotlessly shiny, like new. Also worth mentioning the perfect outdoor sound isolation in windows, since the hotel is located close to tram, the busy oldtown area. But the location is actually perfect- all within walking distance! Staff is super friendly and professional, I really felt proud that, comparing to many foreign countries I was, my own Latvia stands out with such a high-quality service! So, this is probably a first time I make a 10/10 review.

Ideally located but I was a bit disappointed as it is a 4*… the building is old, yes, but the all the rooms and floors need to be renovated ! The reception is modern but the rooms are simple and run-down (carpet, paint, walls). The coffee machine was a nice touch but the other amenities were not worthy of a 4*. The conversations of the neighbours around could be heard from the room. Not a quiet place. The breakfast was really simple and small.

Excellent location, right in the heart of Riga, easy to get to the park and the sights. The staff were friendly, the bed was super comfortable! The hotel does look a bit tired and new carpets are needed. Also, there was no soap in the bathroom. Overall would recommend 🤩

Amazing stay! Andreas was absolutely wonderful. I had a rather unusual request for blocks of butter for my morning bullet coffee, and he went out of his way to make it happen! Overall, a truly lovely experience. That’s what I like when I am staying in a Radisson! Thank you guys
