Ideally situated for exploring the coast, with several white sand beaches within easy walking distance, Chateau de Sable is an austerely luxurious modern hotel. Rooms are spacious and beds are big, although it is beginning to wear a little and the pillows need replacing. The views remain fantastic with striking sunsets at this time of the year visible from your table at dinner. The chef, Julien Maltrait, produces fine, modern dishes using local ingredients. We really enjoyed our meal, especially the dessert of brebis mousse, confit fennel with saffron and a strawberry acidulated sauce. Glorious! Breakfasts are also good.

A really amazing stay! The photos don't do this hotel justice with how lovely the rooms look. The rooms are huge and have a minimalistic decor which is beautiful. Comfy bed! We stayed here with our dog and she loved the stay. The minus is we had to leave her in the room during breakfast. Breakfast was delicious however in the email they said "hot and cold options" however the only hot option was boiling your eggs. I expected scrambled eggs or something however apparently they don't serve that before 9am which is weird because the breakfast room was packed at 8am. That was the only downside of the stay.

We did not make a reservation for dinner and ao we had a hard time finding a place. Finally they offered to bring the dinner of the Michelin Dune Rest to the room and it was really awful. No worth of a Michelin Star. Creme brulee a disaster

Beautiful atmosphere with a Beautiful view. Very nice staff and as it should be for a perfect restaurant, there is a small but perfectly matched menu. A great experience
