This is a very clean hotel and it's nice because it's a little out of the way from the main tourist parts but still close enough to walk. It's in a very quiet area and about 10-15 minutes walk from the beach. There are lots fo restaurants and grocery stores around. Small kitchenette in the room was great for making meals and keeping the cost of the trip down. Would definitely recommend Vivian studios.

My partner and I visited here for a week in June and we had an amazing time. On arrival we received a very warm welcome and were offered a cold drink. We were then shown to our room which was lovely. Our room had everything you needed including a basic kitchen area with a fridge freezer, kettle, toastie machine and cutlery. There is also a double hob which was situated by the draining board. We didn't really use the kitchen much as we ate out for most of our meals however on the odd occasion we did make a sandwich to take out with us. Overall the room was lovely comfortable and suited our needs. There was also a safe and air conditioning. The apartments are located about 20 minutes from the beach and about 5 to 10 minutes from the bus stop and taxi rank. I would suggest if you want to visit the beach to take some shoes you can wear in the sea as it is very stoney and a task to get into the water without. The area itself is really nice and we found a couple of really good places to eat courtesy of Vivian. We did however find the portion sizes were huge so we ended up ordering one meal and sharing it between us to save wasting food. Overall I would recommend people to stay here the accommodation is just what you need for a holiday and the owners make you feel very welcome and nothing is too much.

We made the booking for dormitories, but they gave us a twin room on high floor. it was so happy and enjoy the holiday from their kindly.

We were picked up from the airport by the owner! Upon arrival at the property the greeting we received was warm and welcoming. The staff has gone out of their way to help us with all of our needs. We have extended our original stay and will return again!

Arrived to very friendly staff who have great recommendations on where to go and places to see in the area. Super helpful in every way and genuinely pleasantly surprised at how clean and well kept the rooms were. Very convenient place to stay where the beach is less than 10minutes away by bus, and the town centre is 15minutes away by bus! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We chose Vivian Studios for the reviews and for the location, we were not disappointed. The studios are well located not far from Rhodes Town but far enough that you feel part of the local community which was wonderful. The room was light, clean and had a little sunny balcony perfect to sit out on and watch the sun come up and the people go about their daily lives. I especially loved the songs coming from the monks on Filerimos on the Sunday morning. Vivian and Irene were welcoming and attentive. I loved sitting with an expresso in the shade of a lilac tree in the small courtyard and hearing all about Rodos from Irene. Self catering was easy as the Super Market and Bakery is just across the street and unbelievably cheap. Cooking was a bit of a challenge as there is only a two ring hob but we still managed eggs and bacon on most mornings and you can eat out at the local Tavernas each evening which was wonderful. We will definitely be returning to Rhodes and to Vivian studios hopefully very soon. I can highly recommend.

Good food service close by

After reading all the great reviews of this hotel I booked it with great expectations. It isn't in a tourist part of town but within 15 minutes walking are the beach, more restaurants than you could ever visit and bus stops to lots of tourist attractions. It is a basic hotel but it is clean and comfortable and the free extras such as fast wifi and air conditioning made it a very pleasant stay. Vivian and her mother are always ready with a smile and a cup of tea to ask you how your day was and to give advice on places to go. Vivian will also arrange car or scooter hire for you and will book taxis if you require. The only negative to the whole stay was the shower. We couldn't figure out how to put it up as it was attached to a tap, so we had to help each other to shower for the week. Luckily we're both tall so it wasn't too much bother!

Vivian and her mum are very nice helpful. Warm little apartment.

I felt like 20 years ago when I enjoyed the new places and silence

As a woman traveling alone I highly recommend this friendly, safe, family owned hotel. Vivian and her mother Irene are warm, friendly and accommodating. Stayed for several nights and had a wonderful holiday.

We wanted a base from which to explore the island and Vivian Studios was ideal for this. If you are looking for 5* comfort, constant entertainment, bars and swimming pools this is not for you - but if you want to stay somewhere with a local feel, which offers a welcome second to none, very comfortable beds, access to local retailers and tavernas and the chance to watch the sun come up whilst the man next door tends his chickens and hoes his garden, then you can't do better than Vivian Studios! The beach is a ten minute walk, and if you have a car Ialysos is handy for Rhodes town and the airport (but not affected by the flightpath at the Studios). Lindos and other east coast resorts can be reached in an hour or so, Monolithos took about 90 minutes.Vivian and her mum are absolutely lovely and nothing is too much trouble - whilst being happy to sit and chat in the evening they are not intrusive at all. Rooms are simply furnished (the one we had did actually match the website representation) and have AC (no extra charge), fridge and simple cooking utensils (take a cork screw!) a small balcony and thoughtful extras such as outdoor lanterns and tealights. Free WiFi is an added bonus (useful to book your taxi on your return if you have forgotten!). Vivian tells you on your first night to consider the Studios your second home in Greece - and it was. We will definitely be back.

Hotel rooms were nicely greek style decorated. There was a small kitchen with oven, fridge, and basic equipments. The owner Vivian and her mum was so lovely. They were really helpful to go around. We also had A/C issue that it was kaputt but Vivian called technicians right away and also offered to buy a new one as we were there. But we were Ok so we didnt ask for to buy. The building is located around the houses and threes. There are mosquitos around but there was İnsect killer plug in in the room as well as Mosquito net to put Around. Some nights were laudy but in general quiet.

I stayed in Vivian Studios for two nights. The quality of the room was great and Vivian and her family are very friendly and helpful. The beach can be reached within 15 minutes on foot and there are several nice restaurants and bars in the area. The airport is just a short distance away and Rhodes town is easy to reach by bus or taxi. There is also a bakery and a store just a couple of minutes' walk away. Highly recommended!

Aria condizionata , proprietaria disponibile e simpatica. Per andare in spiaggia di da ombrellone e creme protettive :-) . ci sono dei gatti (pulitissimi) che puoi incontrare fuori della struttura e a volte anche dentro, per le scale .
