1. About the bed: My family went with 2 couples and a 10-year-old child. I booked a room with 2 beds and thought it would be big, but when I received it, it was small, the bed was only 1.2m, it would be better for 2 people. The room has a dressing table, a table and a chair to relax, spacious, but instead of having 2 tables, the hotel designed to remove 1 table, making each bed 1.4m wide, which would be more reasonable. When I booked a room for 3 people, I paid for the child's portion, but the bed was unreasonable.
2. The wardrobe is very spacious.
3. The breakfast buffet has many dishes, the taste is okay, many dishes are a bit salty, but it is convenient for families with small children because it also has porridge.
3. The bathroom is clean, although not new, but there is no hand sanitizer or hand soap. Muong Thanh Nha Trang does. This is the part that I find most unreasonable for a 4-star hotel.
4. The hotel is quite energy-saving, the room is quite dark because it is all yellow lights, 3 small bulbs like the photo I uploaded and 1 bulb right at the door, not bright enough for the room, I like the room to be bright so it is a bit uncomfortable for the eyes because it feels not bright enough. All other areas are the same, from the reception hall to the restaurant on the ground floor are extremely dark, only the breakfast room on the 2nd floor is bright. So the feeling from the hotel gate looking into the lobby is quite gloomy and sad.
5. The room is generally clean, the bed sheets are not new, but clean, but the room is quite humid and the window cannot be opened so it feels quite stuffy. The area is large enough so it is okay, if it is too small it will be very uncomfortable.
6. The air conditioner is loud, making it difficult for me to sleep well, waking up several times at night.
7. What I am most UNSATISFIED with is that the hotel staff is too rigid. I booked a room for 3 people, but there were only 2 pairs of slippers in the room. I asked the receptionist to provide extra slippers for the baby, but the receptionist said that only 2 pairs of slippers are provided according to the number of beds. Only when the guest requests an extra bed will they be given more slippers. Meanwhile, I booked a room for 3 people and paid the fee for 3 people, so you have to understand that there are extra slippers. Honestly, a pair of slippers is not worth anything, but saving money for guests like that is unacceptable. I have been to many hotels, and no hotel has ever compared slippers with guests.
8. Location: hotel near the front beach, about 350m
