Super clean

**AVOID** This place was terrible ☹️ we came from America to spend a week in Paris, and this hotel really put a damper on things. Room so small could barely walk around, walls SO THIN!! and construction noises from AM to PM. You can literally hear your neighbor using the toilet to wee… I wish I was kidding. I could keep going on, but please, just avoid this place. I wish I would’ve read other reviews in the weeks beforehand, but having planned this trip months and months in advance, I thought I was in the clear. The only plus side was the shower in the sense that it functioned.

Currently undergoing renovations, but didnt get in the way of stay. Very quaint boutique in a quiet area. You will walk a little to transport, but a lovely location next to les Jardins du Luxembourg. Would stay here again!

The staff was extremely friendly. Dana was working the front desk most days and what a welcoming smile. The room was clean. The breakfast was fabulous. The location was quiet and yet close to all of our walking destinations. Great little restaurants around the corner.

The staff were lovely , they were having building works when we stayed which was difficult for them to manage and I would have expected some prior warning .

The hotel is placed in one of the best corners of Paris. I enjoyed walking from there to the Quartier Latin. The Panthéon is just on the opposite side of the Luxembourg gardens (one entrance is only 200m from the hotel). One morning I even went to jog in the gardens. Very good experience for a reasonable price. The stuff at the reception is also very nice.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and rooms, although tiny, were comfortable. As a female solo traveller I felt safe walking around the area and during my stay. The location is ideal. Lots of nice cafes such as the infamous Cafe de Flore around the area and shopping. 20-30 minute walk from landmarks like the Louvre and Eiffel Tower. Located in the 6th arrondissement so some things are a bit pricy but the area is charming and convenient if it’s your first time visiting Paris.

The hotel has a decent breakfast, front desk staff was fantastic! the room I stayed on first floor was a bit noisy near the street level and it was very tiny even hard to move around for one person. The room was very clean. The best of this hotel is conveniently located for public transportation, near the Luxembourg Park which is the cherry on top on the cake! and near various subway stations, buses with no AC but most of the time on time, train station to and from the Airport. Overall a good hotel!

This is a fine 3 star hotel. The rooms are modest in size but pleasant. Staff were friendly, and i had a very nice time there. My colleagues stayed at somewhat nicer hotels but paid about twice as much. This hotel was a good value.

Dry well located next to Jardin Luxembourg. Good location.

Old style outside with uptodate sound and lighting systems, comfortable beds (twins), opening French doors and ensuite shower. Very clean. Can walk to The Seine, Eiffel Tower, Rive Gauche etc. Aircon too!

Great location but the rooms were ridiculously small for the amount of money they charge. Not even a place to open a carry-on suitcase.

The staff was extremely friendly at this property! We had a great time enjoying drinks before bed in the small dining area. The rooms were clean and a bit on the small side. The one thing the rooms didn't have was conditioner. We were only there for one night and I didn't pack any as I assumed they would have it - therefore could not wash my hair. The breakfast was included and was quite good! Breakfast consisted of croissants, cereal, bread, yogurt, coffee and tea. Very cute place!

Great location, equipped & comfortable for basic needs. Newly renovated bathroom! Could do with a change of colour tone in the room though to make it more inviting.

The property was nice, the location was too far to walk to restaurants. The staff was very nice. Room was small but adequate.
