I slept one night and my whole body itched.

I've been staying at this hotel before and am very satisfied. However, this time I was not satisfied with the parking fee. Bt my parking reservation is completely free. But this time the staff collects the parking fee. The buffe breakfast was too little

The interior of the room looks a bit old on the 7th floor, but the view is not beautiful. The buffet is very delicious

The quality of bed mattress is not good, too soft. Use 02 single mattresses for double beds, creating the edge when lying

I do not understand how the hotel works with the app, I had to explain to the hotel reception very much but the receptionist still did not let me check in, while the website answered me contact the hotel and have uploaded to a higher room type. I had to sit for almost an hour in the lobby because of an error between the hotel and the app.

Enough to stop by from a bisnis trip transit. Don't expect too much like a nice international hotel but it will make a do if you are just for sleeping and showering. Other than that, don't ask for more. If you can deal with a budget hotel, then my advice to you is this hotel is not for you.

Stay at the Suite but the equipment is old. Refrigerator lights but not cold. Tell staff that they have replaced another fridge. There is a hot tub in the bathroom, good breakfast. If you book a suite room, you should check in on the high floors, I am on the 5th floor so it has a nice view

Good location, good view enough. Poor service involves all of reception and security and housekeeping. Never comeback anymore.

Really clean and cozy. Everything was good but please change the iron because it looks so old and dirty. The water is just dropping from it. I will return here next time when I come to Hanoi.
