The room is bigger than I expected and is pretty comfortable. I love that they provide free noodles at night, free probiotics drink in the morning and free ice cream from 3 pm to 1 am. There is a public bath on the top floor, which looks very clean and nice but I didn’t use. The hotel is about .4 miles from Kakegawa station and is a good place to stay for going to an event at Ecopa stadium/arena.

Onsen on the top floor was amazing they have hot and cold water plunges.

Loved the onsen on level 13, with views of Kakegawa Castle all lit up.

Perfectly fine for my needs. obviously was a business type hotel, but had everything I needed.

The hotel is located at a quiet peaceful area, the staff was very friendly and the hot spring was very good.

This was a very modern clean hotel with central location and nice free top floor Sauna bath with a great view of the local castle and surroundings.

The room size was too small for two person There were no strage space to fully unpack the suitcases even we only had one suitcase for each of us

Room 201 had a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the evening and the morning. The other rooms were fine.

We arrived at the hotel late in the evening. Yet, we could still enjoy the complimentary late night ramen noodles and hot spring bath offered in the hotel.

Free ramen after 930 at night and it is really good

Great friendly and polite staff. Breakfast was a mix of Japanese new western style and very tasty. The hot springs were relaxing but bear in mind it is no clothing so don’t be bring your swimming clothing.

All everything is great,especially the breakfast! However, that’s more considerable to travelers if check-out time can be a little longer to 11am.

This is a very nice hotel, excellent value for the money. Enjoyed the complementary ramen in the evening. Nice hot spring facilities. Main reception staff could be a little more friendly. Had to park 3 minutes walk off-site because there are only a few parking spots on site. Cost 800 yen, payable at hotel. We had the twin room and were wondering if the bed would fit us two. It did and is no problem at all for a tall person (6’4). The room is small but had all we needed and felt very cozy. Only complaint is that the bed is quite hard and only had one small pillow each. Otherwise, great place to stay!

Enjoyed our stay there. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast selection was decent.

Clean, easy access to local restaurants and convenient stores, train station etc. Good location for people who like to run and walk in the morning. Room size is small, but this is typical in JP for this cost level of hotel. No complain.
