The new tower is very clean, comfortable and the views of the ocean are magnificent.

We didnt get the room we payed for. We were told our room was not available. I think the hotel is over priced for the value. The location was really good.

It is a good hotel. Simple food but nice. People are very friendly and it was very clean the unit.

Room was great, no issues for the 5 days I was there.

Stayed here for 5 days 4 nights in the new section. The room was new and the only positive I can give.

No hot water in my room

It’s an old property, no hot water for all the days staying there they said all the rooms don’t have hot water, no insulation and it’s in front of the main walking street people were singing and playing loud music until 4am. I normally don’t mind noise but this was really loud

Nice hotel. Attention and serices 5stars.. wifi was under construction but still was enough to satisfy my needs.. location was the best, the better center of all hotels.. beach front.

The view from the room was beautiful.

No wifi in rooms. Lobby only. No free massage. Rooms are very comfortable and housekeeping is amazing.

The hotel was very outdated but clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food service was ok. If you want to be right on Spratt Bight beach it was right there but the beach is very crowded and the hotel is in a very noisy area especially at night time.

Everything was great, except a couple of issues in our rooms. On one the light kept going on an off all night and the window didn't lock... and the other one the light stopped working but they fixed it. Also no wifi inside the rooms. Service 10/10, clean and great location.

Place is near to the beach and the service is excellent.

Great location,hotel needs updates,but beds are clean and confy,food is average,kind of expensive for quality but san andres is expensive

This place it’s outdated, for the amount I paid I expected a room with a view but no, they gave us a little room with. 2 beds and out neighbors were very loud, food was disappointed no flavor and reheated food.. however people was nice that’s the only reason I didn’t leave it’s just sad how that hotel has potential but it’s just a bid disappointment

We make reservations 4 better room in this hotel and the staff give as the poor and small rooms in this hotel very dissatisfied! They fix the night after 4 the better place but the first night was terrific!

Had to print airline boarding tickets they were no help

Very nice hotel close by the beach and the shopping area. Very friendly service and good food and entertainment.
