Clean, good location, just a short walk to Jomtien Beach, there is a parking lot, a swimming pool, my son loves it very much. Walk about 800 meters to the night market. The only complaint is that there is a noise of construction work during the day and afternoon.

Nice spacious rooms and big beds and good size balcony. Overall clean and nicely furnished. A bit noisy with bars on the streets but not problem for me as I'm usually in the bars anyway! Wifi was pretty terrible. Nice pool although very cold water when I was there!

The new air conditioner is small and not cool to sleep with nightmares.

There are a few good food joints around the corner , with a mix of Thai, Scandinavian and fusion cuisines. The rooms are good and offer a sound comfort , don’t keep your expectations too high. Go prepared with mosquito repellent spray . I didn’t try the food , so no comments there . Overall , I would rate the place 3.5 on a 5 for the price it charges.
