The hotel was overall very good in appearance , with good amenities, but I gave it low ( lower ) marks because the bed linen and pillow cases had dirty markings on them in many places

The service and location area wonderful. Three points I already told the front desk were the doors to the balconies that don't lock, the gym center needs to be upgraded, and one of the swimming pool's drain doesn't have a protective screen.

Excellent Hotel, needs a little update, very good location, walkable, clean and safe to walk around. Just one block from the beautiful Beach.

Excelente localização, com ótimo custo benefício. Funcionários gentis e eficientes. A infraestrutura deixa a desejar: o colchão estava velho e irregular; o ar condicionado congelava; e os elevadores são lentos e insuficientes quando o hotel está cheio. Além disso, pedidos de coberta extra não são atendidos.

It is one of the better places to stay in Joao Pessoa if you do not want to stay on the beach. It is just one block off the beach, so you can walk to the Ocean and come back and take a shower. Not much on a view out your window, but still very clean.

This hotel offers many good things and also many bad things. 1) it offers a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom and so is very spacious. However, if you plan on using the kitchen they do not offer any pots/pans/dishes and not even a tea kettle. The shower is small but nice and hot. The hotel does not offer any stoppers for the sink so no way to wash any clothes or bathing suits. The hotel does provide you with 2 bars of soap, which is a plus in my view. Beds are not that comfortable and really did not like that they do not own any fitted sheet and no mattress cover so bottom sheet tends to expose the mattress. Breakfast is free but adequate. Overall the hotel is OK but not great.

Quarto muito grande, cama boa, ar ótimo, tv antiga não é Smart, banheiro bom, cozinha sala e sacada vista mar. A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia.

A localização é ótima e equipe super gentil! Sobre o quarto, camas, toalhas e lençóis maravilhosos, porém o banheiro cheio de manchas! Café da manhã é razoável! Tem estacionamento pago, cerca de R$20 o dia!

Bem localizado, na Epitácio Pessoa, próximo ao Busto de Tamandaré. Quarto amplo, com estrutura de cozinha e varanda com vista para o mar. Café da manhã razoável.

O quarto é bom e espaçoso, a equipe muito bem hospitaleira, elevadores com visão linda para o centro do hotel

O quarto é bom, mas o banheiro com fedor de urina muito forte e nós quase pedimos para mudar de quarto se não tivéssemos tão cansados. Hotel com aparência de pouco cuidado, faltando detalhes: elevador com sensor quebrado, porta do banheiro com problema, vazamento no banheiro, design do café da manhã (difícil de circular e vidro atrapalha fazer pedido) etc.
