Hotel was not maintained so well. Location was fantastic , lots of cafes and restaurants around, Agora shopping centre was just minutes away. During my stay it was raining and the dripping water was everywhere. Such a shame such a good hotel not well maintained.

Cooling was not working, dirty rooms. Location was convinient for my visit but I don't plan to stay there again.

The rooms need some maintenance. The rest is all fine.

Good Location and good breakfast

From entrance to room terrible service no bellman, entrance through the garage at the basement, property unkept, customer service non existence.

It was a good/ok stay other than the traffic noise in the room (poor sound proofing) and the poor/low quality breakfast

Do NOT stay here in April if you value Air Conditioning. The owner is cheap as hell and will NOT turn the AC on without multiple people complaining about it being hot. We had heat pumping and it was like 27⁰C outside, it was absolutely horrible. Window only opened halfway even though our neighbor's window opened so wide you could fit a mattress through it. Honestly do NOT stay here, you could do so much better 15 minutes away, in any of the other 20 hotels. Also, breakfast not being free is a crime.

I had a very pleasant stay. My first night was in a smoking room, which was switched on my request to a nonsmoking one for the remainder of my stay. I'd particularly like to mention Burcu who was very helpful in arranging the room change

Check-in was disappointing because we were booked into a room that did not match what we had booked. However, the reception staff apologised and gave us another room which did match our booking. View from the room was great and the bed was comfortable as it always is when we come here. The fan in the bathroom sometimes worked sometimes not. This was not a big problem. The floor in the room could do with a deep clean. There was enough choice of food for breakfast.

We have preferred this hotel due to its location it was close to our meetings in Izmir. Ramada name gave some confidence but the hotel was not what we have expected. The room was clean but there was a smell coming from the bathroom. The matress and the pillow were not comfortable. The hotel is located in a deserted mall... the breakfast was not bad but we had seen better ones .... You can stay here only if its location is convinient for your purposes and if you need a budget hotel.

It was a nice stay. Clean rooms. Free parking. Overall no problems.

Property is sold for a hospital project. They keep eveything to minimum.

Entering the hotel lobby was difficult, there should be more clear signs in car park. It was only one night stay for us but they gave a room that almost doesn't have a window (small windows looking at nowhere). I am a bit frustrated about this.

Worst hotel

As always, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We are impressed that there is now an underground metro station just a few minutes walk away giving us easy access to the centre of Izmir. We will come again.

Not good condition, underground parking entrance exit not available after 10.pm.

First room they gave us was very dirty. We checked three , four rooms very equally dirty. Finally we got a decent room. This made our stay difficult after driving all that distance.
