We have a good stay. A warm smile from the reception will be most welcome though 😊

The room was clean and staff was helpful, it took us a little while to get used to the eco friendly lighting situation but once we got help it went well. We found a really nice Argentinian restaurant nearby that we loved.

Room was functional, ok. But very basic. Transit into Madrid was easy, but not so close you’d return to hotel during the day for a break. Reception staff were pretty much the only unfriendly people we met in 3 weeks in Spain. Being even mildly pleasant would be such a simple fix.

La ubicación es muy lejos del centro pero el hotel funciona bien. El desayuno es muy bueno y tienes lavasecarropas con monedas.

Staff really friendly and offered some good recommendations for where to eat locally.

The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly, we were able to check in early and leave our luggage on the last day. Room was cleaned and re set every morning. The main hotel area was clean, modern and spacious, however the room we were in did feel outdated. The bed wasn’t the comfiest but I do believe you get what you pay for here. The train is about 30 mins to Sol center and it is a short walk down the road to the station. There was also a lot of building work right outside the window which was noisy in the mornings. But I would stay here again as it is great value for money.

Clean room and the area is calm, definitely will stay here again if I return to Madrid.

The staff is amazing, very quiet place.

Just one dinning option 3 blocks away that was very good. AC was not working but we opened window and the breeze was nice. Good view to the nearby field on the rail trucks. Room was a bit worn out but ok for our needs. It is nearby train station but train had delays due to repairs so took for us longer to reach Madrid centre.

Food was amazing, Lady and Brenda did a fantastic job with helping me with my diet accomodations during my stay, the room was decent but was kind of pricey. Overall would stay again.

The room was clean and as showed in the pictures. The breakfast was very nice. Cereal, scrambled eggs, pastries, ham, cheese, etc. the hotel is very close to the train station and only 20 minutes to Madrid city centre (Sol station). Please bear in mind that to take the “Cercanías” train is a different system than metro so you will need to have 2 different cards.

Excelente estancia, el staff te recibe muy bien y te apoyan en todo momento, el desayuno estuvo delicioso y la estación de tren está a unos cuantos pasos, es muy fácil desplazarte a otros lados.

Train station 7 minutes walking.
