The room was in good condition, but poorly noise insolated

Surprisingly good sound insulation, probably because of all the mine people sleeping during the day?

A basic room, but very clean and maintained. However, there was a problem with the shower having no facilities for putting in shampoo, soap, etc., and only one cake of soap was provided for a two-night stay. Also, we booked and paid for a deluxe, downstairs room, but were upstairs, which made it very difficult for my wife, who has mobility problems. The stairwell closest to the restaurant did not have a working light, which was a problem once the night arrived

It had meals every night and staff where helpful and seemed happy to there. Lots of places u don’t get smiley staff so tospeak

The property location is excellent for travelling to Strahan or Cradle Mountain. The room setup is simple but the condition is pretty clean. There are two gas stations which are conveniently located just a few blocks away.

The check in was difficult and delayed due to inexperienced staff. Due to a significant event in the town there was a large noisy congregation that made sleep difficult. An unfortunate alarm in a nearby room continued our discomfort by ringing regularly and repeatedly from 3 am until the early morning. The facilities were clean and adequate but the room itself was small and overpriced. To be fair though noise issues were not as a result of the management but they were kind enough to compensate us for the lack of sleep so we were very grateful for their consideration.

Food and service were great but accommodation left a lot to be desired

Clean and tidy and comfortable overnight accommodation. Bottle shop pub and bistro all conveniently connected with an IGA a short walk away.

Bed was broken Hot and cold Taps were on the wrong side so hot tap said cold in shower. Male staff were rude Female staff were amazing

Staff were very friendly. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and service was great

Noise from music is the bar was very loud.

We only stayed for one night and the room was very clean.
