Very good hotel in Natal. Attentive and polite staff, spacious, airy and clean room, good bed and shower. The breakfast is very good.

The beach and the pool were nice although the pool water was not clean. The property is just average. The rooms are really outdated. It was reasonably priced so I guess you get what you pay for.

This is an old property but appears they are attempting to make some needed upgrades. At night the hotel has no lights or signage if you are on the beach trying to remember where the hotel is. Overall an adequate, clean place and helpful staff. As usual for South America, many families so don’t expect an adults only experience.

This hotel is in a great location being on the beach. Nice pool and breakfast was good. It is an older hotel and they dont take really great care of it. I did not have very hot water bur the air conditioner was great and in a good location where it was not blowing directly on me. No elevator and does have stairs. You can walk to some food locations.

Great hotel in a great location within walking distance of Ponta Negra shops and restaurants.

a) I liked the atmosphere, good sea view, cleaning... b) I didn’t like the Checkin process. It very tough and the STAFF must be trained to GIVE GOOD WELCOMING for arriving guys...

Had a good stay. Enjoied the pool. It needs some work but I'd stay here again.

The service wasn't the best, the front desk people were hungry or something.

A alimentação no bufet é abaixo do razoável; o café da manhã é insatisfatório, se comparado o preço da diária e outros hotéis semelhantes ; o wi-fi e a televisão não funcionam; reclamei mas não houve solução; a sauna está em manutenção “para sempre”. As piscinas sao excelentes e muito agradáveis e o quarto é razoável; poderia ser melhor. na prática o hotel nada oferece além das piscinas

Alimentação precisa melhorar e muito barulho no café quebras de prato restaurante espaço pequeno para acomodar os hóspedes. Alimentação bem precária.

Fiquei decepcionada, comprei dois apts e não ficaram juntos, não tinha recreadores, ar condicionado com problema.

O café da manhã foi meio confuso. O espaço me pareceu pequeno para tantos hóspedes. A limpeza do quarto foi excelente. Apesar das instalações do banheiro serem antigas, estava bem limpo. Merece uma reforma.

Estacionamento pago, foi 20 a diária. Tem taxa de turismo também. Mas o hotel é ótimo! Não tivemos problemas

O hotel é bem legal, o quarto super confortável, chuveiro excelente, mas não tem elevador. O restaurante do hotel tem pouquíssimas variações no almoço.

Equipe atenciosa, o tempo todo tem alguém da equipe realizando limpeza, manutenção, orientando, piscina incrível (Quente), para todas as idades, a vista nem se fala.
