Floor of bedroom was very dirty. You could not see it because it was a dark floor however having had a shower and walking on the floor my feet were filthy. Dirty towel left in room when cleaned after 1st day. Coffee cups and saucers were very dirty after a clean for second day. Hair dryer faulty. Broken electrical socket.

The building is beautiful and close to everything. I really enjoyed the balcony.

Very nice place to stay in t he center of activity. Breakfast buffet was fabulous! Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Great property in the heart of Barcelona. On a metro line and easy walking to lots of sites, restaurants and activities.

Loved the location of this hotel,the great staff and the amazing breakfast buffet! The welcome cava was a lovely touch too. The downside was staying in probably the smallest hotel room ever! It was hard to fit two regular sized suitcases and still be able to move around. To describe it as tiny would be generous. Be aware of what room you get allocated as from looking at the floor plan there is only one room this small on each floor.

Barcelona has been great!! Hotel very nice and clean. Close to loads of shopping !! Great for the one night stay prior to our cruise. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Wonderful place to stay

Was an ok stay expected more for the price I paid would not return again OVERPRICED

We found this hotel to be very well located for the sights in Barcelona. All staff in all areas of service in the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. The room albeit very small (partly expected given that it was standard grade and for one night pre cruise) was very clean and well presented. Breakfast was excellent with a decent choice to satisfy most tastes. Well Done and Many Thanks.

Such an incredible stay! The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. They were proactive and also gave incredible restaurant recommendations. It was great to feel relaxed and not have to stress out about little things like how to find transportation to the cruise terminal. The location is also safe and very walkable to main attractions. Highly recommend!

Me alojé en el H10 Urquinaona Plaza y fue una experiencia excelente de principio a fin. El hotel combina perfectamente lo moderno con lo clásico: sus instalaciones son contemporáneas y funcionales, pero conservan el encanto de un edificio antiguo lleno de carácter. Desde la llegada, el personal fue increíblemente amable y profesional. Desde recepción, pasando por los camareros hasta el personal de seguridad, todos se esmeran por brindar un servicio cercano y de calidad. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, impecablemente limpias y acogedoras, ideales para descansar después de un día recorriendo la ciudad. Y qué decir de la ubicación: simplemente inmejorable. Estás a pocos pasos de todo lo que vale la pena ver en Barcelona, y puedes caminar con total tranquilidad tanto de día como de noche. Sin duda, un hotel al que volvería y recomendaría sin pensarlo.

Me encanto el servicio. Todo el personal fue muy amable. El hotel está ubicado en un lugar céntrico y con un acceso fácil a todo tipo de transportación.

This is a lovely property, central to Barcelona. It is quite clean and rooms are wonderful. The entry way is a downward slope so hauling a large luggage can be a little hard. The doormen were very sweet and helpful but at busy times, they won’t see you until you get into the lobby for your luggage. The only bummer was that I was not served properly at the cafe. I sat there for a while but was not served so eventually left. Not what I expected from a 4 star hotel.

The layout of the room was weird. The sink is right there when you open the door. The room was beautiful except that part. The breakfast was amazing, every day something different. I don’t think I will go back.

Good hotel in a decent location. Staff were very friendly. Had a room with a balcony which was worth the extra cost.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Everyone from the reception to the gentlemen at the bar and the cleaning staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. James and Marina were awesome! Great restaurant shopping recommendations. I will definitely stay here again

The hotel is on a perfect location. room was a bit small but very cozy and in a great condition, everything look quite new. The staff was amazing, always super nice and helpful. I would definitely would consider getting back on my next trip to Barcelona.
