Amazingly warm and welcoming staff.. the facilities were amazing and I would recommend to any couple or family looking to get away and live in apartment like suites complete with kitchen... The balcony served as a peaceful area to relax and also a call to nature with hanging gardens and roosting birds..

Fantastic Aparthotel, excellent location, lot of dining and grocery options. Walking distance to the WTC and only 20-25 mins drive to downtown. This is the only place we will stay now when visiting Mexico City with family.

Really nice place. We traveled in a party of 4 and used the 2 bedroom suite it was a pleasant stay. Very few amenities in the kitchen but we managed. We had a very nice time here. Thank you.

It was a very quiet and friendly place. The price was excellent for the quality.

I really appreciated the effort that reception made to get me a slightly early check-in so that I could get ready for an event. It was much appreciated! The apartment was spacious and I felt right at home. If you like the sound of birds in the morning and seeing some greenery, this is a good place for you. Breakfast was very simple, but there are many options nearby. Great location.

Very central to the city, walkable.

Even though it was a fast trip, I consider this place for future reservations.

Excellent place for long stays

Your property is beyond beautiful! We will stay here on our 4 trips to CDMX a year. The only thing I could recommend is that a solution is found to make the bath towels white. Your property is 5 Stars. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Your towels are not. Blessings & Blessings! Erik D’l Carpio Shilka

This place is a good kept secret. Great place for walking distance to every restaurant. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Corner room with private terrace/balcony perfect for couple getaway. Spacious with small kitchen and dining area. Private bedroom Great area adjacent to small park and boutique coffee shops. Price was well worth it Staff was super attentive and pleasant

The place looks nice, however, the bed was soooo uncomfortable, the towels were not properly bleached and there was guests in another room making noise all night, singing on their balcony and the hotel administration did nothing. Terrible experience, I don’t recommend this hotel.

Great amenities but there is lot of noise coming from the main corridor all day long. You can listen other’s conversations from your living area (guests and housekeeping)

The property is absolutely beautiful! It is very clean, updated, and the service is amazing. Great location, you can walk anywhere from the hotel and it is a safe neighborhood.

We had a great stay, the suites are in a very quiet, upscale safe neighborhood - we had very comfortable beds! suite had everything you need, the kitchen has all necessary utensils, dishes, pots and pans. The place is very clean and new, the staff is very friendly and helpful - thank you Alex and Marco for everything! A beautiful park is only a block from the property. A taxi stand is also just a block away, making it pretty easy to get a safe taxi if needed. The only "dislike" is that the suites do not have air conditioing, however, we could open the doors to a very nice, long terrace. Fortunately, it was not that warm in Mexico City at the time of our visit. Pillows could be a little softer.
