The room was clean and had everything I needed for a one night stay, plenty of towels and hot water. Check on and check out was easy. Just what I needed for my sister's wedding weekend. Nothing to worry about.

Great price and value but reflected in overall condition of room. Liked clean and fresh linen, well stocked courtesy tray. But lumpy mattress and cramped bathroom spoiled the fundamental experience.

The building itself is very historic and was an interesting and unique place to sleep. However we could tell that the room had not been deep cleaned in some time, as the air was dusty. After opening the windows and airing out the room a bit it was manageable. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay in Chipping Norton and this property was a short walk from all of its amenities.

Very good value one night stay. Excellent base for sight seeing around Chipping Norton & The Cotswolds. There was a little bit of noise from traffic & maybe a games room in the pub below. This was to be expected being on the high street & above a pub. No complaints for an average double en suite room with a hospitality tray. Recommended for the location & great value.

We found that the room was quiet. Adequate space for a triple. Nearby good alternatives for breakfast. The location worked well for us.

Friendly welcome and staff were great! Romm was nice and cosy and spotlessly clean. No breakfast but cafe across the road was reccomended by the staff and was very good. Carpark small .

Pictures do not do this gem of a place justice. Check in was a breeze, the pub is quirky, but the accommodation was fantastic, quiet, comfortable and clean....all wrapped up in a 300 year old stone building. Such a beautiful spot, probably our fave and would love to return.
