Very clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff, amazing breakfast and very centrally located. Easy access to entertainment and transportation. Will definitely come back and highly recommend this location.

Loved Evething about the hotel.

This hotel was a welcome change after the bad experience with another accommodation that did not live up to expectations.. A couple of things tho: room was small, bathroom was smaller but thankfully it was serviceable, safe and quiet. Definitely recommend if you’re low-key and want a nice room in a nice area.

Breakfast too crowded , Always a Line for Everything. Card Never worked in the Elevator, Other than that it was ok .

We have been staying at this location twice a year for the last 10 years. It is close to our family and it is centrally located. In the past service was great. BUT the last few visits, the quality of the hotel has started to slip. Little things at first, food in the restaurant and overall service at the front desk. But this last visit was just trouble!!!!! Check in was really slow, internet was lacking and the food was disappointing to say the least. But the worst thing was the fact that our hotel room was not even cleaned for the last two days of our visit..I can understand the first day maybe because we left the room afternoon to visit our family etc. But the last night we were out of the hotel room before 10am and was back after 10 pm that night. We had to come down after getting back to get bath tissue, towels and soap because we didn't have any. We let the front desk know and they really didn't seem to care. This hotel had become our home away from home previously , so it really had saddened us to the bad service and lack of caring. So when we come back to Brazil in the fall, we will have to go stay somewhere else.....

The staff was great and our stay was great also. We felt safe with the cleaning process

Very happy with this hotel. Very new so in excellent condition. Staff were helpful especially when I was under-the-weather. Nice hotel. There's a Budget Ibis right next door so make sure you know which one you have booked :)

Location was not the best, but nice hotel and nice rooms.

A nossa estadia foi ótima, estamos falando de padrão Ibis, sem surpresas. Estacionamento super fácil ao lado do hotel, inclusive compartilhando o mesmo elevador. Staff super atencioso. Máquina para refil de água com e sem gás no saguão do hotel - super cômodo. Hotel bem localizado.

Não tive uma impressão muito boa, na minha chegada não tinha quarto disponível eu e minha familia esperamos mais de 2h para liberarem um quarto que estava reservado desde o dia anterior, pois a nossa entrada no hotel só se daria no dia seguinte a data da reserva feita, ja fiz isso pensando na praticidade de chegar e já conseguir ter o quarto liberado. A fechadura da porta do quarto varias vezes nos deu problema de não conseguir abrir a porta, todas as vezes foi preciso de uma ajuda de alguma camareira para conseguir abrir a porta do quarto. Escolhemos esse hotel com a intenção de ter uma comodidade pela localização porém a impressão ficou abaixo. Nos quartos nem cobertor tinha. Espero que a rede Ibis possa melhorar pois esse tipo de padrão creio que que não condiz com a rede. Obrigado.

A localização do hotel é excelente: há diversos restaurantes pertos, além de outros serviços como mercado e farmácia. Também fica bem próximo da rodoviária. Em síntese, foi tudo excelente.

O quarto nao estava em boas condições. Recebi reclamação.

Quarto bom, embora pequeno. A cama de meu filho foi adaptada com um colchão.

Deixaram os taxistas fazerem uma fila na área de desembarque monopolizaram a entrada do hotel. Depois cercaram essa área de desembarque de forma que tivemos que carregar as coisas do carro do Uber parado no meio da rua, até a área de check-in do hotel.
