The hotel location is near Gotemba train station and bus terminal. First experience stay with Japanese traditional bedroom (futon), really excited. The hotel view is great, when we got breakfast we can see Fuji Mt. (even the breakfast menu is very good).

the hotel was about 5-10 min walk from Gotemba station, hch was great. we didn't arrive until late at night, around 10 PM. check in was easy. traditional room was as advertised, quite spacious. came with a few amenities, such as water pot, hair dryer, a mini fridge which was nice. a few spots on the futon and blanket but still okay. the only problem was the lever on the toilet was broken. tried reporting to front office, but they brushed it off saying that's it would take some time to refill the water. in reality, it went on until the morning. the noise it made didn't bother us, but what a waste of water. breakfast was good. pretty decent choices. the curry was good, but only had potatoes in it. overall, a good stay and would consider staying again. 🇯🇵🇲🇨

I ordered non smoking rooms but my room smelled of cigarettes, for cleanliness, in my opinion it was also lacking because behind the sheets I saw there were red stains. Luckily I was only 1 night here.

The hotel is close to the gotemba station just walking distance can be reached, just take a free bus to gotemba premium outlet. When we stayed in April when it came to snowfall, a very pleasant experience.

The place is close to Gotemba Station. Close to eating places, supermarkets. The place is comfortable, the view is good. Ordering online is easy. Just need to add a data menu that stays, for example adults and children.

The hotel is clean eventhough a little bit old. The location close to Gotemba station where there is free shuttle bus to Gotemba Premium Outlet.

Small hotel that is highly recommended, not far from the station, we chose a ryokan model room that uses futons, is quite comfortable, will come here again.

The location of the hotel is very strategic, 5 minutes walk from gotemba station, spacious room size, very comfortable with tatami type, complete room facilities, very clean, recommended hotel for stay at gotemba.

The room was way bigger that we expected, we rented two family rooms for six people and it turned out a room would have been enough for us if only they let us. The breakfast was ok and the room was clean

The trip to this hostel was not in vain to be traveled by foot for about 10-15 minutes, so I felt I had paid for the trip. The view is good, from the top balcony can be satisfied looking at Mount Fuji, from the lower balcony and family room can also be seen, feel at home here alone, can rent a bicycle, yesterday rent from 20.00-08.00 it costs ¥ 500 the nights around using a bicycle Arriving at Kawaguchiko Station, tomorrow morning at 5 around the bicycle again to Kawaguchiko Lake.

it's great staying here. accessible by walking. service is good but limited english. the ramen shop next door is good, but the owner doesn't speak english, so be prepared. :)

Location behind the gotemba station, first entrance to gotemba station, 5 mins walk. Rooms, wifi ok. Breakfast ok. Staff lack English but friendly service.
