Not a very clean room and funky odors.

The swimming pool was not ready to be opened. Carpets need work. Details in the rooms need work..such as deep cleaning in rooms, light switch wasnt working, curtains and blinds were messed up, towels-washcloths and bedding need replaced, ice machine broken.

It was very nice just like one expects from a Holiday Inn Express. We had no problems about this stay at all.

Was not impressed with this hotel at all. First desk employees were not at their station and the hotel needed to be cleaned better. Our towels would not have been used on my dog. Very disappointed in this Hiday Inn

This was by far a very sad and tragic experience. It began with no one at the front check in area. When the man came out he was very curt and not welcoming like my presence was not wanted for interrupting his break or something. We went up to our hotel room and the curtains were falling off (we fixed them), and the toilet wasn’t clean as if someone just had a massive streaky bowel movement in the toilet. We were given two towels in the room and when I went down to ask for more they said that it wasn’t possible to give me more and gave me 3 small pool towels. I was in the elevator and cleaned up a spill so no one would slip so that used one of the towels. When I asked for another from one of the housekeepers they told me that because I was already given 3 towels downstairs that they couldn’t give me another. They gave me another after explaining the spill situation but very reluctantly. The only friendly staff that they had was a woman in the breakfast area that has been there for over 11 years. She was extremely helpful and nice…keep her, make her the manager, and please fire the rest!!

The food - the breakfast and breakfast staff might be the best and most attentive ever experienced. The less than good. Pool broken, ice makers broken, carpet by the elevator needs to be stretched out as it’s a tripping hazard, black mold in our shower, and the pull out mattress in the suite was all springs and metal poles… the hotel feels old. We had 2 towels for our entire family and they were thread bare. These are towels I would have saved for dog baths. This hotel fell short of my expectations in every way except for the breakfast staff.

My trip was for our twins Birthday they turned 8. Their wish was to stay in a hotel and swim. I called around 5:30 before i Booked to make sure the pool was working. The person on the phone guaranteed that the pool is working. When we got to the hotel there were signs that it was out of order.. the guy at the front desk said it’s been out of order and he didn’t know why they told me differently. It pretty much ruined our trip for our kids birthday. It was too late to cancel and look for another hotel. My kids were so sad I felt so bad..

We are never disappointed with our stays at Holiday Inn motels.

They said the pool was open and I booked the room. I get there and they tell me its been closed for a long time already

The facilities were fine. The evening staff was indifferent, at best. I called the front desk and informed the man there that the ice machine was inoperable. He told me that it was out of order and the one on the third floor worked. I went to the third floor, but that ice machine did not work. I went to the front desk I told the clerk about the situation. He just pointed to the hallway and, it’s down there.

The staff at the front desk gave me the wrong room that was not what I booked and when I went to try and correct it they offered no help and just kept mumbling between them that it wasn’t there problem and thought I couldn’t hear them . They had 4 different booking messed up in the span of 45 min while I waited in the lobby . Luckily the Expedia customer service was able to help me cancel and get my money back .

Clerk that checked in was just unfriendly and just didn’t want to be at work. We have stayed here multiple times before without issue. Nice hotel for the price.

Sad that the pool was unavailable but everything else was nice.

It was fine for what I needed. I booked the room for the day after I actually arrived but they couldn’t cancel my original booking so I paid for 2 nights as I made the mistake while driving there.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was great. Just wish they told me about the pool being out of service before we booked

my experienced with the Holiday Inn. This time was terrible. The towels were so dingy, old and raggly. The pillow and bed were so uncomfortable. We paid $150.00 for that night thought we at the ldo drop in hotel in Lubbock. This suppose to be an upscale hotel as the Holiday not comfortable and the pillows. I was very dissatisfied with my stay at the Holiday Inn and as being a member of the Holiday Inn club vacation I will definitely put this on my review as a member with my membership. Please do better

Other than the lady at the front being rude to us and the pool being out of order our stay was good.
