The property is a bit run down but for the most part you get what u see in pictures. Also, the rooms could have been cleaner.

Fiesta inn is one of the best hotel in Chetumal. Since 12 years i stay in this hotel when i travel to Chetumal. The staff are very helpful and they are exellent. But this hotel needs renovation. The rooms are ok .

THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN PARKING EXCELLENT, STAFF IN FRONT DESK VERY HELPFULL.

Furniture in the suite is terrible, pool area in poor condition. Furniture in the lobby is terrible as well.

There is secure parking. The pool decking is worn out and in need of repair

Very convinient location, walking distance to most attractions/ points of interest. Friendly staff, clean rooms & facilities. Recommended.

Room was clean, nice hotel, large room with 2 bathrooms?!! . Restaurants were few and far between. Nice coffee 2 blocks away.

It was better than most hotels in Chetumal. They need to upgrade as room looked a little beat up. The pool was nice on the roof.
