Hotel is good; however, the internet is very slow.

Ótima localização para as nossas necessidades (Carnaval), pessoal da recepção e restaurante muito receptivos e cordiais! Comida do restaurante boa. Não cheguei a provar o café da manhã… Exaustor do banheiro funciona, porém, necessita de higienização. Ar condicionado infelizmente não apaga a luz, seria bom para um melhor noite de sono. Como pontos de melhoria: acesso aos quartos apenas com cartão e acesso ao wi-fi individualizado. Não sei se me hospedaria neste hotel sozinha.

No tienen un correcto control de las comidas en restaurante. Al hacer check out y solicitar mi cuenta. Me estaban haciendo un cargo de una cuenta de restaurante que no era mía, ni siquiera tenía mi firma.

This hotel is terrible. It looks nice on the pictures, but it's actually very old and not very well maintained. The walls were dirty and you can tell that they tried to repaint it, but it made it look even worse. The bathroom is old and felt dirty overall. The sink was clogged. Not a pleasant stay at all. There’s a hotel 5min East from here that is brand new and way better than this one at a similar price point.

Property in downtown help much for everything.

The property was very basic and the water was brown. I literally had to brush my teeth with bottled water because it was disgusting. I told them about it but all they said was to give it some time to clear up but it never did. When I mentioned it again, they responded with an attitude and didn't help.
