I reserved a deluxe king suite in quiet area away from street. I was given a small hot room with a king bed. I told receptionist that this was not the room i reserved and paid for. She said that that was the king room facing courtyard but I could have the deluxe suite facing the train tracks. No thanks, but no attempt to offer me a refund on the room’s difference. We are seniors and had some heavy luggage. No one helped us up the entrance steps or steps down to our room. Breakfast was plenty. Lobby was very cute and comfortable but this is not up to Hyatt quality.

We booked this location by mistake, the hotel advised we would have had to forfeit the first night’s payment to switch location and it would have cost at least £200 more for a room at the city hotel. We decided to travel to the one I had accidentally booked in the suburbs. The hotel was excellent - contemporary, clean, great service and importantly for us, catered well for vegans with the inclusive breakfast. I didn’t fall in love with the area but it was a couple of minutes walk to the station and well connected, just a few minutes to the city centre so would actually recommend this hotel. Great value for money.

I have stayed here before after being recommended as a place to stay by a friend. This time my flight was delayed so I arrived very late, but there was a number to call and a very helpful young lady responded, unlocked the door and let me check in. She was super nice. I would always use this hotel if staying in Sundbyberg as the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is varied and tasty

A great location in the centre of Sundbyberg, close to the railway station and Tunnelbana metro. The shops and restaurants are in close proximity. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

We get there early after our Cruise, really hard to find this place, even our Taxi driver cannot find this place, so we end up driving around. Then when we get there, we can't find the front door or the front desk, no one seems to help us to get inside to help us carrying our luggage in. there's is no clean room available for us to check in, we wait until time for check in. The room is really small, no air conditioner, so we end up to open all our windows, to get some cool breeze, but it really noisy from outside, like trains, cars and people, and the breakfast open at 8:00 am. Very disappointed!!!

Fab location for the short train ride into the city. Smallish rooms - we knew this before booking - made it difficult to unpack ‘properly’ for a 3 night stay.

Very convenient location!

Comfortable, clean rooms. Lovely selection at breakfast. Polite and helpful staff. Nice toiletries provided and free bottled water. Decor was dark but in keeping with the design of the building.

Excellent service at the front desk, bar and restaurant. Everyone was awesome! Love the gym access as well. Thank you.

The room was nice, bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious. The track lighting must’ve had a short because it blinked on and off like a disco. Breakfast was fabulous. Access from the subway was very convenient.

They have NO Air conditioning, they did give a fan but does not reduce the humidity. The room I had had a shower that the wall cut off half the shower that is small to begin with.CLOSTIFOBIC!

Can’t beat the convenience to Stockholm.

Staff are lovely and friendly. Rooms are tiny, bathrooms have nowhere to put anything, hotel bar closes promptly at 21:30. Its not a bad place but I wouldn't chose to stay here again.

Very good postion, train, tram, bus and underground within two minutes walk. Hotel staff friendly and atmosphere warm and busy but not overly so.

A lovely stay. Comfortable hotel room and we took the bathroom with a bath which was a high-ligth after a full day out and about. Very central with station nearby and walking distance to everything. Only negative was that the breakfast was subpar.

Fantastic bed. Some lights where not working as they should and my TV did either not work. One girl in the reception did not do anything about it but when I then spoke to another one I was compensated for it. Very service minded girl.

Amazing hotel, friendly staff and good bed! Only problem (experienced several times) is that breakfast refills are poor, quite often bread runs out, charcuterie is not refilled etc. this normally happens at late breakfast 09:30.
