Clean room, got upgraded to a larger room which the staff did not have to do for us so we appreciated that as we stayed for 7 or 8 nights. Restaurant downstairs was really nice, they were a bit strange about where you had to sit specifically if you were only drinking and not eating though...

The location is superb and the staff is beyond helpful! My only gripe is that the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable— firm and bumpy.

Perfect location, very close to the lake and plenty of restaurants. The room was nice and cool - essential in the recent heat! The staff were really friendly and helpful with recommendations for activities, transport and places to eat. We hope to come back 😊

Our room was basic but very clean. Towels not always changed when needed. All staff were friendly and went out of their way to help and advise. Breakfast was very good - lots of choice.

Breakfast was as expected with all freshly made options, but the dinner choices here were superb! Nice large room with modern bathroom. Bed was a little hard for me but my adult daughter found it fine. Air conditioning was perfect. Very helpful staff. Superb central location. Noise could be heard until about 11.30pm due to location but not so that it kept me awake, so wouldn’t put me off returning.

Great hotel in a beautiful part of Italy

This was fine for a couple of nights, but the shower had what looked like mold all over it and there were a couple of bugs. The breakfast was good, the AC was sufficient, and the city is basically right outside your door.

Great service, perfect location, professional and kind stuff

The staff was really friendly. It is located in the heart of the town, really convenient to stroll through the town center and the ferry. The room was very comfortable, spacious and the restaurant is really good and affordable. I had a great time there. I would certainly recommend it and stay there again.

At our room the bath seals were full of black mould in the dining room they allowed dogs in and one jumped up and licked all the meat made me feel sick

Perfectly located hotel only minutes from the lake front. Lovely restaurant and bar facilities with very accommodating staff. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Good value for money. We only stayed one night, was in a good location and breakfast was pleasant enough. Would of preferred softer pillows and more than one.

Perfect location. Nice breakfast included. Helpful and friendly staff. Pillows are worn out, but everything is very clean.
