Noisy room - unable to sleep. Just returned from a two night stay in Palma which unfortunately felt a little longer due to a severe lack of sleep. We stayed in a Petit Double (Room 624) which is small but had everything we needed for a short break. However, the constant noise in the room, which I assume as above a plant room at the hotel is unacceptable. There is some kind of machine that makes a constant loud buzzing & vibrating noise all day and night. When we complained just after 5am after getting no sleep at all, we were told it was the connected restaurant and nothing they can do. We weren't offered a change of room as I believe the hotel was fully booked. We spent the next few hours with earplugs or earphones in listening to a "sleep" playlist to try and drown out the noise. It never worked! The following morning hotel staff said it wasn't the restaurant, but a machine they are obviously aware of and nothing they can do. How can you sell a room that you know people will have difficulty sleeping in? The room is tiny so the only value it could provide is a place to sleep comfortably. Our room was also next to a cleaning/laundry supplies cupboard so expect banging and clattering in the early hours from the cleaners along with their mobile phone notifications pinging every few minutes. I would imagine other rooms/floors in the hotel could be great just not the one we were given and I would not chance staying there again.

Beautiful hotel in a good location. Felt it was a bit style over substance as bedroom was missing a lot of practicalities. Did not seem finished. Had no hot water on day of arrival. That was rectified for day 2. In my opinion a day too late. TV did only worked on and off. On-site restaurant was delicious and service was good. Staff were all very helpful.

The property was very unique and the rooms were nice. The bathroom could definitely use a shelf or hook for things. Great area. Very walkable with many shopping and restaurant options. Outdoor patio alongside restaurant would have been lovely to use but needs some maintenance.

In an excellent position, this was a great stay. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast! Nice room with very comfortable bed and good shower furnished with fluffy towels. Only gripe is that the room was very quirky - toilet and shower were situated separately off the room but only by a partition (incomplete wall) which impacts on one’s privacy. Lack of proper storage space (strange wardrobe). The lovely staff and features listed above compensated for the negatives of the architect design.

Location, location! A little hard to find but easy once you're there. Very nice staff. Room was really nice and bathroom was large. It is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants.

This property is within walking distance of pretty much everything. Beautiful room.

Second visit 2 years running. Loved the place last year when booked for my wife’s 50th birthday. Great spacious rooms. Lovely cannoli shop next door and famous Spanish restaurant El Camino next door. Just up from a wonderful square where you can wine dine and people watch. Fantastic value for money. Well done again.
