The staff was very helpful, pleasant and everything at the hotel was extremely comfortable and very up to date. The sauna and fitness area was really great and the breakfast quality and service were top notch.

We really loved this hotel. Everyone was friendly and efficient and the hotel was close to the main square and the Kufstein Fortress. Perfect!

Quiet location, comfortable room

Good stay in Kufstein, and nice hotel in the centre. Lovely wellness area, which looks new, although gym could do with some more equipment. We stayed in a small suite, which was comfortable, and a good coffee machine. Could also do with a kettle and a fridge. I had to check out a day early, and they didn't give me any kind of refund, which was slightly disappointing, but I guess thats their policy.

Nice clean room with good tv, quiet and peaceful. Bathroom was the best part, bright and modern with a walk-in rain shower. In the center of town with the medieval pedestrian street and many good restaurants close by.Breakfast room is beautiful with a 30+ foot skylight and huge mural of the town.

The only problem was the room was hot but they gave me a fan.Rather difficult to sleep.Breakfast was really excellent.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. We were there during a heat wave and wished for air conditioning but realize that it's unusual in Austria. Despite the warmth, we loved the hotel. Breakfast was also super.

I liked how central the hotel is to everything in Kufstein. Everything is a few minutes walk away. The breakfast buffet was excellent and all the staff were friendly.

The stay at this hotel in this little corner of Austria was the highlight of our trip. The hotel welcomed us with a complimentary drink in their bar and were very helpful about how to get the free ski bus to Ski Welt (literally across the street.....). The hotel is in the old part of the town and is about a six minute walk from the station (including taking photos!). There is a fortress to explore (with a self-drive funicular) and lovely little shops and restaurants including a world famous gin bar in a cave (Stollen 1930) with over 888 types of gin. Luckily this too was a 4 minute walk. The rooms were spacious, the location was quiet and they simply offered the best breakfast we had with a large range of fresh options. We would go back in a heartbeat if we could!
