Great staff - very professional, formally dressed, and kind to their Canadian tourists. Makes me want to pick up my entire life and move to Davos lol.

This hotel is the worst hotel I ever seen About cleaning the rooms they Didn’t change the towels and didn’t change the garbage even the sheets And everyday they don’t clean the cups and glasses The floor is dirty Never come back When I pay for five stars hotel it should be worth it

Bautiful architecture, large rooms and teraces with great vews. Furniture getting tired, rooms and corridors not cleaned regularly, the same dirt was there on the floors for the whole week of our stay. Breakfast not up to standard, but evening meals in La Muna and Sapori were fine. Outdoor pool was great. Staff very helpful, Lena from kids club took fantastic care of our doggy taking him for long walks everyday.

Need to have more dinning options

The hotel tried to charge me twice for my stay. They also haven’t released my deposit 2 weeks after my stay. Highly dont recommend.

We stayed at the AlpenGold Hotel for a weekend and our stay was amazing . The view was spectacular. The room , roomserivce, and the breakfast buffet was perfect . The staff are very professional. We left there very happy :)

The service was not great. Understaffed and often did not understand or answer your request. Slow service at everything from restaurants to the spa room service etc. WARNING! The saune is for adults only. Do not got there with your kids. People go there naked but there was no warning for this and no one from the staff told us this local culture deed. Food was rubbish but Switzerland as a whole does not have great food to be honest. The hotel is nice the manager was very kind to upgrade us. The facilities were great location is good and you have shuttle service for free. Its a really nice hotel.

Satisfying and worth its price tag. No Xmas tree for the room possible though. Solid spa services.

Beautiful hotel in excellent location. Fantastic rooms, great views from balcony, nice Alpine designs throughout. Staffing in the Club Lounge was at modest levels, leaving tables dirty and food offerings lacking during peak hours. Everything else: perfect.
