The staff were all very friendly and helful. The hotel is well located, very quite place, well connected to bus stop (nearest metro statition 10 minutes by bus) ... Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection. Room basic but was clean with the essence. Ability to store your liggage after check out. Carpets and textile covering of upholstered furnuture need to be replaced as soon as possible! very outdated :-(

Good beds, kind of roomy. furniture are a little old although I understand it's part of the hotel's scheme. they offer free and good breakfast however their hot meals weren't really hot. The only complaint I could have was the AC which you had to ask them to turn it on for you from front desk every time you were coming back to your room, weird!

Internet in the room was sketchy. Breakfast was without coffee.

Everything was all right except the smell of room. I booked a nun-smoking room but the room was smelly. They changed my room but the second one was smelly too.

There are no words to describe the experience. Everything I expected from a 4 star hotel and much more Highly recommended.

Travelling from Goreme to Istanbul, we needed a nice hotel to stay for the night. I didn't want the typical cookie-cutter modern room and was able to find this moderately priced hotel in a good location. We selected their King Suite room, which I was told was their best room. The staff was very friendly, and parked our car and took up our bags. The room was big and wonderfully appointed with nice romantic styled furniture. The bathroom was quite small though and I had been hoping for a spa tub and was quite disappointed that we didn't get that in our room. I was at a loss why such a huge room would have such a tiny bathroom - it doesn't make much sense. Oh well - after we checked in we walked around the area and took in the vast multitude of restaurants, stores and cafes in the nearby area so we could find a place to eat dinner. When we returned to the hotel however, there was a problem with our room key and there was no power in our room, which took them about thirty minutes to fix. Our room included breakfast and the dining room was very clean and nice with a very large selection of typical Turkish food with a few western selections. Check out was very fast and they brought our car to the front for us. It was rather enjoyable and I would definitely recommend it - especially for its location.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and most of them spoke English. The neighborhood is a quiet part of town yet not that far from city center. the only complain was that the walls are too thin and you can hear easily whats happening in other rooms. even phone conversations and coughing.

Perfect services everything was in place can't say anything bad about them.

Excellent Hotel but needs to include more International Cuisines in their Restaurant Menu

Banyo duvarları çürümüş bazı yerlerde rutubet kapmış. Gece uyumakta zorluk çetim çünkü oteldeki bir çok odadan diğer misafirleri rahatsız edecek cinsel içerikli sesler yükselmekteydi. Bu da beni çok rahatsız etti. Kahvaltı çeşitleri vasattı, herhangi bir öğrenci yurdunda da bulabileceğiniz türden bir kahvaltı vardı.

Resepsiyon daki beyfendi 15 dk civarında bekletti gerekçesi onay bekliyormuş bu durum biraz rahatsız etti.

Ailemle birlikte gittim otelin her tarafı halı kaplıydı odada koku olduğu için havalandırmak istedim kimse gelmedi 1 saat sonra tekrar aradım 5 dk sonra gelineceği söylendi ve 10 dk sonra aradılar balkon kapısının arızalı olduğunu belirttiler tek kelimeyle berbat bi deneyim oldu

Super Lage, nettes Personal, saubere Räumlichkeiten, reiches Frühstücksbüffet.
