Nhân viên siêu nhiệt tình, phòng sạch sẽ, dù ở nhoài mặt tiền nhưng không ồn, mình hỏi hơi nhiều nhưng anh nhân viên vẫn nhiệt tình trả lời

Lễ tân thân thiện. Phòng tuy không rộng những cũng sạch sẽ gọn gàng tuy nhiên cơ sở vật chất có hơi cũ cần bảo dưỡng và sửa chữa lại. điểm trừ duy nhất là cách âm hơi kém

Người đặt phòng bị dính bẫy. Cảm giác thấy hông thích ngay từ đâu. Đến nhận phòng thì phát hiện phòng đặt là loại theo giờ. Cuối cùng phải ở, sáng hôm sao phải thanh toán thêm tiền phòng. Sao ban đầu App hông báo rõ như vậy. Vấn đề đâu phải tiền bạc. Mà là trãi nghiệm ở. Muốn tôi có thể đặt phòng sang trọng hơn. 1 sao cho trãi nghiệm này.
