Decent rooms. A/C was finicky and the sliding glass doors are super weird (they all seem like they are falling off their hinges, but apparently they aren't?) Wifi password also wasn't provided upon check-in, which is not too helpful. The door to the first room we were given was also wide open when we checked in, which made us feel uncomfortable. All in all, not terrible and not great.

Got back from the Bagnara two days ago and had the most wonderful stay at Victoria Grand Hotel. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help and make my stay enjoyable. The hotels restaurant serves one of the best pasta dishes. A big shout out to Mirium and Perier who most helpful. The general manager Frank was amazing. He went out of his way to take us round the island and show us all the lovely spots. Had the most awesome stay and would recommend. Thank you to Frank, Mirium, Perier and all the staff working at the hotel.

I had a wonderful experience with everything from the greeting of the staff upon arrival. Every one there is so friendly and professional and always willing to help you with any questions or concerns. I fully recommend getting the ocean view it so worth it. The restaurant on site is amazing with wonderful view and great food selections. Overall I definitely recommend Grand Hotel Victoria to anyone.

The sea view was charming at night once the people in front of the hotel went home. Very helpful and corteous staff. Unfortunately the air-conditioning system did not work well, the room stayed at 26.8° and so we ended up opening the window, which meant we could hear the traffic outside.

The hotel has an excellent loction - short walk to Valletta ferry or St Julien. Staff are excellent. Rooms vary in size - balcony rooms good depending on which side of the building. Everything in Malta is tight. Breakfast has a good selection. The gym is a busier hotel gym but works well. Bonus is the underground parking! A good choice.

Extra loud music from the hotel reception rooms prevented us from sleeping. Staff not really helpful, offered to change room at 1am (when they should have thought of it before). Overall very bad experience. Room adequate though.

I was driving to Sicily and needed to have a steady before taking the ferry. The location of the hotel is in very local area. I wanted to take an early dinner which was at 6 pm but I could not find any in that small town! The room has no air con as the manager said it was in winter. But outside was too noisy. At around midnight, there still had dancing, yelling, and sound of drums.

A stopover on the way to Sicily. Convenient location to the ferry but scary walking around the neighborhood at night. On a busy street and noisy all night - and into the morning. The photos of the hotel look inviting but the experience is quite different. Parked on the street about 2 blocks away (which was a luck find) and received no offer from the hotel for assistance. Wanted to eat out but didn't find an inviting restaurant but couldn't find one. So, for the only time in three weeks decided to take out a pizza - which was horrible.
