Everything was done well. The suite was roomy and well furnished. It was clean and everything worked. Breakfast was good with hot and cold foods. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The staff is very friendly. My room is very clean and so is the bathroom

Newly renovated and clean. Room was well laid out and good size. Shower leaked through the door but I put several towels on the floor to mop up the water.

If there was no any available rooms, the hotel shouldn’t have accepted bookings from clients. My sister in law came to check in, the hotel front desk said there was no rooms available for them.

The front desk was so welcoming, helpful and friendly. I went for a family reunion & she made sure that my entire family were accommodated in rooms that were close to each other. She took time to get to know us and our needs. The facility is well maintained nicely decorated for the holidays and clean. Loved the experience.

The rooms are lovely, comfortable and spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet leaves a lot to be desired.
