Location of hotel near train station, has elevator

Accommodation has a very strategic place but there is no elevator. We got a room on the 4th floor !!! It would be impossible to lift large and heavy suitcases to the 4th floor. Finally we put the suitcases near the lobby. Rooms are forced for four. So the extra bed is placed in such a way as to sleep, face facing the oven because the bed is placed in the kitchen set area. With this extra bed, the door cannot be closed because it is blocked by the bed ... very sad.

To be honest, it was beyond my expectations. The hotel is very clean, warm (because I was in Venice during winter which was so chilly due to its high humidity) and convenient, and most importantly, it is very near to the train stations and some local restaurants! The receptionists staff are so kind and friendly too. Check out has to be on time on 11.00 am, but if you need to store your luggages so you can walk around Venice without bringing them, you leave them at the hotel for free! Or, if you have gone around the city and still wait for the time of your train, you can stay at the dining room of the hotel to watch TV and having a cup of Italian caffè (not instant coffee!) by ordering it to the receptionist also for free! In a summary, this hotel is awesome! Very recommended!

We booked and paid for a Quadruple En-Suite room for 2 nights as I saw the picture on the internet that it is the biggest room they have. But when we arrived, they give us 1 double bed and 2 additional bed in a very small room. I supposed it was a room for 2 person only, you cannot move at all with additional 2 beds. And it was on the 4th floor without lift. So I complaint to the receptionist and finally they move us to the room we booked, but only on the second night.

The room is not in the same building, but just beside it. No elevator, just stairs.
