they don't have customer because homeless area and they don't have any bed and pillows clean .I aske to reception your hotel is so nasty and give me som cline room I don't want to be seek they say this is it .and I don't give you your deposit .I say if you don't car I call to police he don't car don't pay any before to check in

Wheelchair access clumsy and awkward.

El teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba cuando tratamos de usarlo para llamar a la recepción por un altercado a gritos en la habitación de al lado. Nos fuimos y nunca fue arreglado. Me hicieron un cargo a mi tarjeta y cuando le pregunte al sr de la recepción me dijo que fue Expedia y no fue cierto. Expedia jamas realizo tal cobro. La silla de la habitación con el espaldar roto, el colchón con desniveles . La persona que atiende la reception es la misma que atiende la mesa buffet y las mesas en el desayuno. Lean bien al reservar. La habitación no tienen neveras ni cajas de seguridad. El hotel se encuentra a casi 30 min del centro pero con el gran trafico que existe se convierte en casi 1 hra. Debo destacar el trabajo de la Sra de limpieza la verdad que nos hacia el cuarto muy bien. Mi agradecimiento para ella, la cual tuve el placer de conocerla. Hay muchísimas opciones de hospedaje en Paris solo recomiendo hacerla con tiempo para no seleccionar este hotel cuyas fotos en la internet están muy distantes de la realidad.

It was cheap. Bad lighting, no usb ports, tv all French channels, ants in the bathroom & later on my neck in bed. Under bed has never been cleaned, no fridge or ice. Stuff laying on rooftop outside our window. Very far from activities. They do hav a menial breakfast you pay for but we went to a bakery/coffee shop a few blocks away. Had issues trying call a uber or taxi & asked the desk dude to call 1 & he finally gott someone & said it would be an hour & i seriously didn't know if he called a real taxi or a friend. We finally got a bolt & got on our train by 1 minute. I would never stay here again.

2 room suite is nice. Spacious enough. There’s a TV with no remote. Need a place to just put your head down it’s great. Not too pricey considering it’s a 2 br

The area was very quite for an industrial are. Parts of the area was rundown and it felt unsafe. This was not disclosed in booking. The acess to train sevice wad useless since there was no attedant at the station furthermore, the self service ticket machine was out of service.

This is a gem, had a warm reception; found the room in pristine condition, the receptionist is very kind and walked me over all the details of the property. highly recommended

I would rate this hotel higher because the shower is so amazing, but it’s just meh. It’s very bare our room only contained 2 twin beds, 1 pillow, & 1trash can. Nothing like the pictures. I have to learn to not book hotels based on their pictures. No remote for the tv and we never made it to breakfast to try. It is about a 10 min walk to the tram and if crowding is low you can arrive in to the center of Paris in about 40 mins.

Comfortable stay.

The lighting was terrible in both the bathroom and room. We asked multiple times for extra pillows (only two very small ones were provided and they were lumpy/soft) however they never were delivered to the room. The front desk staff were not that friendly even though they appeared to speak English. There was no fridge or kettle (this was not stated in advertising for the property) in the room.

This was my first time in Paris, and it was an amazing experience! The hotel was lovely, in a good location, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Good food and service, too.

I don't typically write reviews, but I want to ensure that other customers don't encounter the same issue I did. This ad is false advertising to the next level. And Expedia should remove it entirely from its listing. And from what I have got back from Expedia, the non-refundable clause trumps the fact that it was entirely falsely advertised. The rooms do not match the pictures. The ceilings are peeling, the walls are dirty, and the furniture is outdated and falling apart. I went to see the guy at the front desk, who acknowledged that there had been a change and that the rooms were all as advertised. So that was cool. The "restaurant and bar" downstairs is a joke. We tried to order three items from the menu nothing was available. That was after waiting for our server to greet us. He came in from outside, with a half-unbuttoned shirt and dirty pants. I should have gotten the message from that point. The next morning, we wanted coffee. The girl who was there told us there was a machine that was 2 euros per coffee. That's fine. But then she disappeared. We couldn't find her to pay. So went to the room, drank our coffee and waited for our Uber to arrive. When we got downstairs, we went to the front desk to drop our keys and pay for the coffee, and again, not a soul there. So at that point, we aren't chasing someone to pay. Our Uber arrives, and she comes out of somewhere and chases us down, yelling that we owe for the coffees. I'm limited for space, so I have to end. BE WARNED

The hotel was very nice and close to the RER. The staff was really friendly and helpful!

Location was far from everything. Staff was pleasant but limited english. Room was clean but our toilet seat was broken and after several reports still was not fixed by the time we left. Food places far away...no kettle or fridge. Also no bedside lamps. No laundry.

This hotel was very comfortable for three. My husband & I traveled with my sister in law. The room we rented was essentially 2 rooms with double bed in 1 room & sleeper couch in the other. All the staff were friendly. I thought I purchased breakfast with reservations but ended up that I didn't but this worked for our early morning schedules.
