Good place!

The next day i booked the hotel sent me a meesage they could not offer the room, and they propose an alternative, at 5$ less. It's major point, is that it is well located in the heart of Kaohsiung. the hotel itself is a part of a building, with old look and in need of renovation. The room has similar needs. It was compact. Let just say that it could have been cheaper and it is not recommended for picky people. Use it only as a sleeping point.

Nice cosy small apartment with kitchenette and microwave, plus a small balcony. The balcony is very hot in this season due partially to the aircon installed there, but it was still nice to spend a few moments there to enjoy the grand city view (the harbor, the skyscrapers, including the Tuntex 85, southern Taiwan's tallest skyscraper, and The One, Taiwan's tallest residential building). The wide shady boulevard downstaris (Shinkong Road) is great for strolls - a casual 10mn walk leads to to tram station and harbor. Family Mart just downstairs, department store across the boulevard, the fabulous Kaohsiung City Library at 3mn by foot. Metro station (Sanduo) at 3mn by foot.

Cosy room. Has the home-stay feel. Bed was comfortable and price at a good rate. The mini pantry helps with making tea/coffee and heating up food with their microwave oven.

It was okay to stay. Close to subway station

It was good. It is near to the mrt station, departmental store, and convenience store. The accommodation is clean as well.

The room is big while the price is very reasonable. Good location as it's close to subway station. Overall good value.

Not bad stay

Location is great with MRT station less than 5mins walk. Room is very spacious and unique with a small balcony facing the sea. A pity that some construction is ongoing in front of the building that block part of the sea view. Some sincere advises to the apartment management:Room should be cleaned again before guests checked in if room have been unoccupied for some time. Maybe due to the constructions,I do find the room a bit dusty. If the apartment is considering any renovation in the near future, it will be good to do away with the bathtub. Really like the decorations work in the room that the owner have put effort in.

Very good location and price is good

The staff gave us free upgrade to 3 person room with window, and the room is big and the washroom is very big as well, give us lot of space. The location is well located, all amenties within walking distance. The breakfast is quite good as well compared to other hostel.

So sweet of them to actually called to apologise when they forgot to collect the rubbish from us. Will book again when visiting kaohsiung.

I.stayed at 33/F. There is a big Window. I took a lot of photos . Location is so convenience. Near by MRT. I will stay there again when I go KHH next time.

Great view of harbor and K85, 1 block walk to KMRT station, shopping district and K85. Older building and infrastructure, so room shows some wear (but as clean as it could be). Service was good, everything needed was supplied.

Location is near to mrt, a little bit hard to find at the first place. Nice seaview from the hotel. Is more like home stay style. Bed is too soft.. Wifi is provided.

マンションの一室で、自分の家のような雰囲気です。 大きな不満はないです。 不満な点ははトイレの流れがちょっと悪かったこととエレベータがなかなか来ないところ あとは受付がわかりにくいところです。

交通の便が良く一階にコンビニもあり便利が良い。タオルの交換が正しくされなかったので不快でした。(レセプションの女性が親切に対応)予約日数、予約部屋も違っていた。いつもは同じ建物の別の施設を利用しているが満室のため今回ここを利用しましたが評価は低い。
