The bed is soft, there is a housekeeper to clean and change towels every day, staying 4 nights 5 days, very impressed, there is a fitness center, there is a table tennis table, the service staff is very good. Smiling, friendly, clean rooms, near mini big c, near the food market. Opposite the hotel, there is a Faed Wei. 💗

Thank you for reviews from customers. The bed used has a rubber top on top, making it soft and comfortable to sleep on. Each futon is different. But definitely sleep comfortably too If there is a chance to stay again, thank you very much.

Very impressed, accommodation on the cover. Safety is very good, use the key card for everything from going to the elevator, affordable, close to a lot of food markets, at first, booking for one day is good until you have to book another day. The elder receptionist lady is very cute, speaking because the service is good. Here is the most impressive. Next time, I will go to rest again. Let me give you a little suggestion. There should be tissues in the room too 🥰🙏

Good, if you have a car... The breakfast is not buffet... you can order only one dish from the menu (not enough)... On the first night we found no drinking water in the room (they forgot)... Check in staff give me the wrong information, she say Doi Sutep is closed but we actually went there anyway it was open...

I really like the service of Viangbuan Mansion Hotel. The room is very clean and new. The receptionist was very attentive and thanks to one of the staff. We forgot the bag. I recommend it for anyone who is staying here. There is a chance to come back to Chiang Mai and will definitely come back to stay again 🤗🤗
