Overall great escape.. hotel is good in this price

Room was great and friendly staff loved the sauna and spa and the common room was super fun to meet new people

Spa not working. Need more isolation near the ac unit. Not the quality expected for the price.

The room was very basic and there was a lot of noise during the night — the soundproofing is very poor. The spa was only partially functional and did not match the photos on the website at all. The restaurant was average.

Bed was too firm. Hot tub was not very hot, just warm because of a mechanical issue.

Clean room, courteous staff. Our room (101) was right next to the (wooden) stairs which were very loud including all hours of the night. We liked the location - 15 minutes from Byward Market and 20 minutes from Gatineau Park visitors center. We enjoyed the outdoor warm tubs (maybe 5 degrees short of "hot"). We will return and hope for a different room than 101!

Staff was courteous, and helpful. Two weddings going on, so they advised us and gave us some locations where we could go out for supper. Rooms were clean, and night was relaxing. It's what we needed.
