It was a great stay. The hotel is well located, it's clean (lobby, restaurant, bathrooms and the room). A/C worked fine. The room was a little tight but understandable for the rate. Staff was kind and helpfull. The bed was confortable Only negatives: the coffee was not good. tried all the different coffee based beverages at the restaurant but the quality and taste were not great. The wifi is also an issue, since it only gives you a 24 hour pass that requires that you sign in again after that period. If you don't remember to log in again every 24 hours you will lose connection. one tiny thing: There is a sign in the bathroom indicating to leave the towels in the floor if you want them washed. The sign has the word "COUNT" (the little details count) or something like that. However, the O in that word is styled so its longer and thiner. That causes an effect where the O in that word is kind of lost. And if you remove the O from the word count, it spells out a pretty strong word in english. Would be good to adjust the desing of the lettering on that sign.

Nice safe location. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant was good. Breakfast is amazing.

Everything was great. Locations, shopping, transportation, staff, food, etc. Just a little tiny comment about the bathroom, the air extractor didnt work and the bathroom's door doesnt't keep open unless you block with a suitcase or something. It would be great if the manager could check on that. Otherwise, excellent hotel I would stay here again!

The price quality is good, the rooms are a little small, with a couple it is very small, the internet is very bad, the connection was lost very often, we informed one of the girls in reception, but it didn't solve anything, rather he got upset, they need more kindness, Nico was the one who treated us well, the girls badly

The room is clean but no very big have a big window, small tv, bed is comfortable nice sheets, , breakfast is good plenty of many choices! Good value

The hotel is a very lovely place to stay. They addressed my concerns when I had some issues with the room. Staff was very helpful and the facility is very clean. Good value for your money.

The hotel was avarage, the room was poorly equipped, no coffee maker/tea/water, cups/drinking glasses, etc. Things commonly available in most hotels.

Our room was great. Safe 15 minute walk to the coastal area of Miramar. Staff was very accomodating. Lovely stay.

Breakfast was better before and had more options
