Room was clean, staff attentive, tasty breakfast, and a mall next door. Very convenient and safe location.

Clean rooms, team very friendly

I was not sure what to expect when I booked our stay at Ghl Style Neiva hotel, but I am very glad I did. The property is very well maintained and the staff is absolutely amazing. We ran into an issue on our first night and the staff went out of their way to help resolve the issue, something most hotels would not even try to help with. On our 2nd day we had our family come to spend the day with us and the Management was more than accommodating and very eager to help. Breakfast is included with the room and I can tell you that it is perfect, the assortment of food and the wait staff were more than we expected. We ordered food while at the pool and it was brought directly to us, which again was not expected but was greatly appreciated. The food was top notch and freshly prepared in the kitchen. The location of the hotel is perfect as well, next door is San Pedro Plaza, which has any and everything you could need. Lots of restaurants and great shopping and entertainment. Overall I would.love to give this hotel 7/5 stars due to their willingness to accommodate and the amazing staff and food.

Excellent customer service. The staff was ready to help with whatever we needed. Truly accommodating and just overall ready to offer the best experience. Huge shoutout to the kitchen staff and all the servers working during breakfast time. Breakfast time was the highlight of our stay! So many options, fresh fruit, juice, traditional Colombian dishes, and coffee! The sense of safety at this place is amazing. Only guests staying at the hotel have access to the room areas and amenities. The pool was wonderful and I can’t recall his name but huge shoutout to the pool attendant. You could see him helping with towels, drink orders, cleaning the areas near the pools all this with a big smile, thank you again! There’s a small pool for kids and a bigger one for all ages. Our room was cleaned everyday and on the day when we needed to rest they let us know with a flyer under our door that we could call in the afternoon if we needed our room taken care of. We appreciate it! If you need top notch service this is the place to stay. Also there’s a huge mall and grocery store just a few feet away. You can dine and shop right there!

Hôtel tres confortable, moderne.belle piscine iguanes en plus! Déjeuner simple mais correct, il manque seulement du pain tranché, collé sur le centre commercial ou on mange tres bien et ou on trouve de tout! Le sul point négatif pour un hotel de cette catégorie est qu'il nous donne seulement une toute petite bouteille d'eau pour 2 pendant tout le sejour, u e grande Hôtel donne habituellement 2 bouteille par jour!

The mini fridge wasn’t working. The VIP promotion (two drinks) were not offered to us.

The hotel was top notch. It is located next to Plaza San Pedro which is a vibrant mall and with many food options and a Exito supermarket. The hotel itself is well upkept and the gym is nice (I wasn’t expect int it to be so): two treadmills, a couple bikes, a weight machine and free weights. The breakfast buffet was good and starts at 5.30am which is super early.
