the staff is very friendly and very helpful, although A&O is a hostel class but the facilities are almost the same as a hotel, spacious rooms and adequate lift facilities. the location is very strategic because it is next to the main train station in Aachen.

Location is good, the hostel is not far from Hauptbahnhof. Easy to walk to central of the city. Friendly staff and they have willingness to seek help. Beds is too small and bedspread is not clean well.

Hotel very clean. The rooms are simple. The bathrooms are clean. Close to the station. Kemana2 easy access.
